Bulimia: Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment and Relapse Prevention

The authors review the assumptions about processes that maintain bulimic behavior. Specific treatment package recommendations are made on the basis of selected outcome literature. Special issues, such as Axis II diagnosis, hospitalization, and psychopharmaceutics, are addressed.
