团体沙盘游戏在大学生职业生涯规划中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨团体沙盘游戏在大学生职业生涯规划规划中应用的可行性。方法 研究采用实验组、控制组前后测设计，选取16名大学生随机分为实验组和对照组，对实验组进行团体沙盘游戏辅导，对照组无干预。结果 团体沙盘游戏促进大学生了解自我、提升自信心、明确生涯目标、增强生涯决策能力。结论 团体沙盘游戏可以作为大学生职业生涯规划的一种有效方法和工具得以推广和使用。

Group Sandplay in Undergraduate'S Career Planning Application

Objective: To investigate the effect of the group sandplay on undergraduate's career planning. Method: 16 students be divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group join the group sandplay, and control group do nothing, then compare with the results carried out between the two groups during the former and the latter tests.
