| Affiliation: | Dr. Brogden has been a psychologist in the Personnel Research Section since 1943. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in 1939 and was an instructor at Ohio State University for a year.;Dr. Taylor is chief of the Technical and Control Unit. He has been with this organization in various capacities for the past five years. He is a Northwestern Ph.D., a fellow of the American Psychological Association, and a diplomate of the American Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology. |
