Behavioral conceptualizations and treatments of Tourette's syndrome: A review and overview

This article reviews behavioral conceptualizations and approaches to the treatment of Tourette's Syndrome. The main purpose of the review is to point out the importance of associated aberrant behaviors that frequently coincide with Tourette's and discuss the efficacy of behaviour therapy as a viable option in the treatment of the disorder. There is discussion of past and present treatments, as well as comments on possible future directions in the behavioral treatment of the disorder.
