Organizational Hierarchy,Employee Status,and Use of Employee Assistance Programs

Abstract:This study examined the role of organizational hierarchy and staff status in the number of suggested Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referrals made by potential helpers and the relationship of these variables to personal EAP use. Results and implications are discussed.
