胰岛再生治疗的前景

There is a progressive deterioration in β-cell function and mass in Type 2 Diabetes.Improvements of islet cell mass and function by induction of β-cell regeneration would change the natural process of diabetes,which provides new ideas for diabetes treatment.Thiazolidinediones,incretin and incretin mimetics,dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors can promote β-cell regeneration and improve islet function.Inducing β-cell regeneration in vitro could expand donor pool,which brings new dawn to a cure for diabetes.
