Analysis of Related Risk Factors of Progressive Ischemic Stroke in Dezhou Area

To investigate the related risk factors of progressive ischemic stroke, Dezhou People＇s Hospital in 1999-2009 163 cases SIP patients were retrospectively studied. First, 18 variables were screened by single factor analysis, and then all the masculine variobles were screened by multiple logistic regression analysis. The single factor analysis showed that l0 factors including hypertension history, infection, CNS, hyperglycaemia, TG, fibrinogen, cerebral edema, cervicalis atherosclerotic stenosis, homocysteic acid, D-dimeride entered the model, and we can know that cerebral edema, cervicalis atherosclerotic stenosis, hyperglycaemia, infection and hyperfibrinogen were the related risk factors progressive ischemic stroke. Cerebral edema, cerviealis atherosclerotic stenosis, hyperglycaemia, infection and hyperfibrinogen were the related risk factors progressive ischemic stroke. The result provides theory basis for clinic treatment.
