Clinical Analysis of 6 Cases of Pelvic Hematoma after Cesarean Section

To discuss the causes of the pelvic hematoma after the cesarean section, early diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures, the files of 6 pelvic hematoma cases after cesarean section were analyzed among 1800 cases of cesarean section done in our hospital during the period from March, 2010 to April, 2011. The rate of the pelvic hematoma is 0. 33M, which were diagnosed through B-scan. Among which 3 cases adopted conservative treatment, 3 cases incorporated B- scan into the treatment, all of them have been cured. There are many reasons to cause the pelvic hematoma after the cesarean section, most of which can be diagnosed within one week after operation through B-scan. To use antibiotics and local physical therapy earlier may have a better result.
