| Abstract: | Stem cell therapy is confronted with many difficulties and disputes. The researchers should observed the efficacy and possible adverse effect of stem cells therapy at systematic level with modern system theory, and comprehensively optimize the cell lines, cell quantities, therapeutic window, infusion path for variable diseases and overall treatment goal of patients, which will elicit the optimal performance of stem cells. |
