| Abstract: | To study the proper emergency care personnel numbers in successful cardio pulmonary resuscitation （CPR）. The retrospective analytical method was used in this article. The clinical data of 64 cases with sudden cardiac arrest that saved successfully with CPR were analyzed. 3-4 doctors can complete external cardiac compression （46.9%）, trachea cannula （42.2 % ） with higher quality than 1-2 doctors （ P〈0. 05 ）, and 4-5 nurses can perform CPR in higher quality than 2- 3 nurses（ P〈0. 05 ）. It suggested that the team of 3-4 doctors and 4-5 nurses can ensure the higher quality CPR |
