Analysis on the related risk factors of anxiety of family members of stroke patients. 240 family members of stroke patients were carried out investigation by questionnaires and self rating anxiety scale （SAS）. The anxiety of family members of stroke patients in this research was higher than internal norm（ P〈0.01 ） ;The sexuality, age, degree of culture, rela- tionship of stroke patients,degree of neurologic impairment and the modality of medical cost concerned with anxiety of faro ily members of stroke patients（P〈0.01）. It is more important to give healthy education and mental intervention to family members of stroke patients, and to provide a forcible safeguard for the long term care and early rehabilitation of family members of stroke patients.
