Abstract:Investigate SLIPATM laryngeal mask anesthesia for eye surgery on hemodynamics, respiratory function and perio- perative complications. 60 ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ under general anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery patients were randomly divided into SLIPATM airway and endotraeheal intubation group. Before induction of anesthesia (T0 ), insert SLIPATM airway / endo- tracheal tube immediately after (T1) , insert SLIPATM airway / endotraeheal tube after 5 min (T2) , 10 min (T3), and the skin incision (T4 ) , immediately after extubation (T5), after extubation 10min (T6), recorded SBP, DBP, HR and mean airway resistance (RAWM). 7 patients in each group randomly selected high performance liquid chromatography determination of plasma epinephrine (AE), norepinephrine (NE) levels, intubation group T2 , T5 when the SBP, DBP, HR was significantly higher than SLIPATM airway group ( P〈0.05) ; AE, NE In T2, T5, T6 were significantly higher than when SLIPATM airway group (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: anesthesia SLIPATM laryngeal mask airway in ophthalmic surgery for tracheal intubation in patients with superior, easy to maintain hemodynamic stability, mild stress response, fewer periopera- tive complications, steady recovery after anesthesia.
