| Abstract: | This paper is to analysis on the related risk factors of post--stroke depression and the measure to prevent it. The depressive states were assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD）, Scandinavian Stroke Scale（SSS） and a questionnaire. The related risk factors of post--stroke depression were the degree of neurofunctional coloboma, course of disease, negativity events and the position of brain damage. The development of post--stroke depression complex was the complex action of neurobiology factor and social psychic factor. |
