| Abstract: | 69 cases of coronary heart disease completed angiography of coronary artery were selected and Gensini score, and 56 cases as normal control group. Subjects were monitored by 24--hour ambulatory electrocardiogram to obtain the parameters of HRV, including time domain and frequency domain. Compared the values of HRV in CHD groups with the control groups, results show significantly reduced（P〈0.01）. It shows positive correlation to the extent and degree of coronary lesions. |
