Evaluation of Tension-free Repair of Inguinal Hernia

At present, tension-free henioplasty dominated by inguinal hernia is popularizing and developing,and has gradually improved in China. However, there are still some general physicians, especially grassroots physicians, who have not enough understanding about the new surgical mode. Compared with the traditional hernia repair, this paper summarizes 2000 cases who underwent the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia, and analyzes and evaluates advantages, indications, contraindications, and prevention of complications of tension-free hernia repair. The purpose is to improve some colleagues in knowing well about tension-free hernioplasty and promote further standardization and development of the new technology in China.
