The Operation Strategy Selection of the Thoracolum-- bar Burst Fractures

The thoracolumbar burst fracture is one of the highest incidences in spine injury maladies, and the operation strategy is the primary therapy method about it. It is the primary goal of the therapy that how to select the optimal opera tion path and make the optimal clinical choice. In this article, different operation approaches and characteristic of thoraco- lumbar burst fractures were compared and discussed. It view that it is the optimal operation strategy of the thoracolumbar burst fracture that selecting the one--stage posterior limited decompression operation way followed the optimization princi- ple.
