| 摘 要： | 胶囊内镜在各级医院中普及率越来越高。但在整个操作过程中会遇到很多问题，如果不及时合理处置，会导致检查结果受到影响。在总结分析自己检查中所遏问题的基础上，以“机械问题”及“操作问题”两方面对所遇问题进行分析归纳，并提出相应的处理策略。

| Abstract: | Capsule endoscope is popularized gradually in hospitals of all levels these years in China. However, many problems could be encountered in the entire examination. The examination results will be left affected if the problems not timely and reasonably handled. In this article, a retrospective review of 277 patients undergoing capsule endoscope were analyzed, and all the data of ＂mechanical and manipulative＂ problems was assessed and analyzed, then the handling strategies of all problems were presented simultaneously. |
