| 摘 要： | 观察苏合香丸对膝下段股一胭动脉人工血管移植术后患者疗效的影响。共34例患者，随机分为苏合香丸组及对照组，两组均采用常规术后处理，苏合香丸组加用苏合香丸口服。观察术后第1、2年的疗效评价、踝／肱指数及彩超检查通畅率。两组患者术后第l、2年总有效率中药组较对照组均明显提高（P〈0．05），中药组ABI显著高于对照组（P〈0...

| Abstract: | To discuss the feasibility of SuHeXiang pill treat bypass of Femoral --popliteal Artery. 34 cases of bypass of Femoral --popliteal Artery atherosclerosis, 18 cases were treated with SuHeXiang pill, who were treaded 2 years . 16 cases were as control group. The ABI and ultrasound examine were detected. The total effective rate of SuHeXiang pill group was better than control group（P〈0.05 ）. ABI of SuHeXiang pill group （ 0. 67 ± 0. 18,0. 59 ± 0. 20） better than control group （0.43± 0.22,0.38± 0.19）. And the patency rate of SuHeXiang pill group was better. The SuHeXiang pill can stabilized atherosis plaque and prolong the open time of bypass. |
