| 摘 要： | 甘露醇作为高渗性脱水剂在临床上被广泛应用。而甘露醇在肾脏方面具有保护和损伤双重作用，如何正确地掌握和使用好甘露醇，在避免其肾脏损伤的同时充分发挥其护肾作用，是件非常值得引起临床上重视的问题。本文介绍了甘露醇在肾脏疾病中护肾方面应用的一些进展，以及为减少肾脏损伤要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | As a hypertonic dehydration agent, mannitol is widely used in clinical practice. When applied to the kidney, mannitol shows a dual effect of protection and damage. This is a clinical problem worthy of consideration as to how to adopt appropriate measures and use mannitol properly, while avoiding damages to the kidney and giving full play to its role of protection. This article introduces some progress in the application of mannitol in renal disease with regard to protection of the kidney and matters needing attention in order to reduce damages to the kidney. |
