| Abstract: | Organ donation is the cornerstone of organ transplantation industry,and the coordinators play an important role in organ donation. Since March 2010,the pilot work of human organ donation in china has been implemented, and DCD work in China has been the most important task. How to make the coordinators exert their strength in DCD work, improve the donation rate and donor conversion rate,so as to efficiently promote and facilitate the DCD work,which is an urgent issue to be discussed and explored. In this paper,the quantitative analysis of the donation success rate,donation refusal rate and the turnover rate of donor was carried out, to explore the role of coordinators in DCD work. |
