| Abstract: | To detect the expression of PDGF-BB,Podoplain in non-small lung cancer,and to evaluate the relationship of lymphangiogenesis,applying immunohistochemical method,lymphatic vessels and expressions of PDGF-BB and Podoplanin were detected in 80 NSCLC and 20 adjacent normal tissues,and the lymphatic micro-vessel density（LMVD） was counted.The relationship of PDGF-BB and Podoplanin to LMVD and the clinicopathological features were then analyzed.The expressions of PDGF-BB and Podoplanin in NSCLC were both higher than that of adjacent normal tissues.LMVD was significantly higher with PDGF-BB-or Podoplanin-positive expression than those with negative expression（both P0.05）.Therefore,in non-small cell lung cancer,expressions of PDGF-BB and Poplanin can promote lymphangiogenesis. |
