| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） is a common disorder,manifested with repeated partial or complete obstruction of upper respiratory tract.Recently it is frequently reported to be associated with Type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and both are found to be risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.Patients with both disorders are significantly troubled with decreased quality of life and life expectant.Proper management of OSAHS is important both for improved control of glucose control and quality of life. |
