我们应该“创造生命”吗？

人造细胞是现代生物科学技术中的热点问题之一,由人造细胞及其衍生出来人造生命的伦理问题也备受关注,关于是否应该继续研究人造生命,支持者和反对者之间各执其词。以克莱格·文特“创造人造细胞”事件为切入点,回顾了人造生命的历史,简要介绍人造细胞的产生过程,分析人造细胞的正面和负面影响;同时提出马克思主义哲学可以为医学伦理问题的研究提供不同的维度与角度,让人们对人造细胞产生的道德问题做出更全面的判断。     

Globalization and the contemporary development of Marxist philosophy: precondition, problem domain and research outline

Globalization was just emerging but did not really take shape during Karl Marx’s time. In fact, both Karl Marx and Engels predicted the trend of globalization but did not really live in such a time. Therefore, globalization is still a new issue and a new research area for Marxist philosophy today. Based on the distinctions between some important concepts such as globalization and modernization, this paper probes the problems concerning the development of modernity theory, social morphology and civilization theory, and the Marxist theory of values raised in the process of globalization. Born in 1921, professor of philosophy at the University of Warsaw and art theory in the Polish Academy of Sciences; has published twelve books and more than three hundred articles (bibliography in volume 14 of A. Mercier (ed.).Philosophers on Their Own Work. Bern: 1990) ranging over the history of aesthetics, Marxist and Soviet aesthetics, and issues related to the status of the arts in contemporary Western culture.     

Intentional explanations and radical theories of education

In this paper I argue that Marxist studies of schools have overlooked the power of intentional explanations to explain schooling practices and policies. This oversight is at least in part due to many radical analyses failing to distinguish between explaining the acquisition and persistence of beliefs and determining the social consequences that follow from acting on beliefs. I further contend that radical researchers examining schooling practices must develop a more rigorous and refined conception of capitalist class interests.     

"实践"的内在张力与话语转换契机的开启--当代马克思主义法律理论研究新探

当代马克思主义法律理论的研究面临着从批判性导向向建设性导向的话语转换的需要。而传统马克思主义法律理论对法律规范意义的一贯抛弃态度,是实现话语转换的困难所在。本文通过回溯马克思的实践思想,发现否弃法律的规范意义并非马克思思想的固有逻辑。而籍由马克思实践思想中所蕴涵着的实践的内在张力性框架,可以把法律的规范意义容纳进来,并在此基础上开启出马克思主义法律理论研究谋求自身内部话语转换的可能和契机。     

社会主义和谐社会理论的马克思主义渊源

马克思主义有着丰富的关于和谐社会的思想。从马克思主义经典作家关于共产主义的描绘中,可以了解他们对社会主义和谐社会本质特征的描述。即人的自由全面发展。要实现这一阶段,最根本的条件是生产力的高度发展。马克思主义和谐社会观中的内容主要包括人与自然、人与社会、人与自身的和谐发展。深刻理解和把握好马克思主义关于社会主义和谐社会的理论论述,将对我们建设社会主义和谐社会有极大的促进作用。     

当前高校“思想道德修养”课教学内容存在问题探析

“思想道德修养”课教学效果不佳,缺乏感召力和说服力,其重要原因之一就是教学内容存在问题。教育所组织、编制和传授的教学内容没能处理好先进性与一般性的关系;没能处理好政治性与品德性的关系;没能处理好抽象性与具体性的关系;没能处理好继承性与创新性的关系;没能处理好知识性与行为性的关系。对教学内容存在问题的探讨,是我们深化教学内容研究和改革的前提和基础,是实现“思想道德修养”课教学有效性的根本保证。     

艾思奇对马克思主义哲学中国化的突出贡献

论文力图对艾思奇来延安后为确立毛泽东思想的指导地位而作的贡献进行研究;并以此为前提,分别阐述他在哲学通俗化基础上实现哲学中国化和编写中国化马克思主义哲学教材的开创性贡献。笔者认为,重温这些贡献,对于当前进一步实现马克思主义中国化是有启迪意义的。     

马克思的"感性世界"理论与现象学运动

The epistemological problems that are implicit in Marx’s theory on the “sensible world” indicate that Marx’s philosophy in fact contains within itself the topics of pure philosophy, but Marx did not involve himself in these topics. Through comparing with Husserl’s epistemological critique and Heidegger’s existentialism, we can clearly see that there are theoretical spaces in which we can develop Marx’s philosophy to the realm of pure philosophy, however, we must devote our creative efforts to the exploration of the spaces. 朴素人道主义的历史追问——关于老子"慈"范畴的伦理思考

“慈”是老子思想的重要范畴,这一范畴集中体现了老子的朴素人道主义思想,表达了一种关爱自然、关爱人类的宽广胸怀。对老子朴素人道主义思想进行辨证分析,对于正确理解马克思主义人道主义、在社会主义道德建设中坚持和发扬人道主义精神具有重要的现实意义。
