The criterion‐related validities of empirical, rational, and hybrid keying procedures for a biodata inventory were compared at different sample sizes. Rational keying yielded the lowest validities. Hybrid keying performed best at the smallest sample sizes studied, followed by empirical keying at moderate sizes, and stepwise regression weighting of items at the largest sample sizes. 相似文献

From an ethical perspective, minors should be able to expect confidentiality; however, parents and guardians have certain legal rights that limit the rights of minors. This article reviews a study that examined sex-related differences in the importance of job factors among recent college graduates and older graduates employed in various occupations. The job orientation factors used to determine preferences included (a) people oriented, (b) self-expression, (c) extrinsic reward, and (d) leadership dimensions.
