非小细胞肺癌 EG FR 基因突变检测与临床意义

采用荧光PCR法对199例晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC ）组织进行表皮生长因子受体（EGFR ）基因突变检测,分析EGFR基因突变的分布特征及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果显示56例（28．1％）存在EGFR基因突变,其中27例（13．6％）为外显子19突变,25例（12．6％）为外显子21突变,2例为外显子18突变,1例外显子20突变,1例外显子18和20的共突变。另外,除广东及安徽省铜陵市外,辽宁地区NSCLC患者EGFR基因突变率及主要突变类型与其他地区相符,常见于外显子19、21突变,其中腺癌、不吸烟患者突变率更高,更适宜EGFR-TKI靶向治疗。     

Nanodefects in nanostructures

The notion of nanodefects (topological defects of nanoscale translational order) in nanostructures of various types is introduced. Experimental data reported in the literature are discussed giving direct evidence for the existence of nanodefects in self-assembled periodically ordered nanostructures such as arrays of quantum dots, self-assembled superlattice films of nanoparticles, and arrays of carbon nanotubes. Also, the specific geometric features of perfect and partial cellular dislocations (being a kind of nanodefect) and their role in superplastic deformation in nanocrystalline materials are considered.     

各种传统医学在高血压治疗中的应用

高血压痛作为最常见的慢性病,其并发症具有较高的致残率及致死率。本文综述近年来各种传统医学在高血压病治疗中的应用,包括传统中医对高血压痛的病因机的阐述,应用中药内服、外服、针灸等临床效果观察,蒙医辨证分型论治高血压病;藏医对高血压病的认识及临床采用的金针疗法治疗高血压病;壮医特色壮药内服,壮医药线点灸刺血疗法对高血压病的临床疗效评价。以此说明传统医药治疗方法对改善高血压病症状较明显,其治疗手段多样,副作用较小,降压效果平稳持久,有效减少并发症的优势。     

Order and chaos in thoughts, feelings, and actions

In the context of the concept of determinate chaos, introduced in psychology in the nineties, a modified stimulus-response formula is suggested which deals with the probabilistic predictions of responses of animate systems (brainless animate systems, animals, human persons) on stimuli. The suggested formula is used here in elaboration of a model describing the relationship among thoughts, feelings, and actions. In the framework of the model, a Darwin-like selection of behavioral and mental responses on stimuli is realized which is influenced by feelings. Transformations of human persons into mentally unhealthy states are discussed with the help of representations of the elaborated model. The model invites empirical test.
