论朱熹对"继善成性"说的规范

"继善成性"是易学哲学的重要问题.朱熹解释"继善成性"总体上不是为字义的通顺,而在为他的理学本体论作论证.理上气下的基本原则通过易学的语言进一步得到贯彻.善与性、天与人、未发与已发、天理流行与人物成性等,虽也体现了天人之间的密切关联,但又不能将一般天理与已具形质的人性混淆起来."继善成性"说的优长,就在于它将由天至人的生成序列,解释为一个以天道为本而构筑本性的思辨逻辑,同时兼顾个体形质生成带来的特殊性.而本性只是"存"而非"成",以卫护本然之性纯善无恶的假定.     

PEIRCEAN APPROACHES TO EMERGENT SYSTEMS IN COGNITIVE SCIENCE AND RELIGION

Cognitive science and religion provides perspectives on human cognition and spirituality. Emergent systems theory captures the subatomic, physical, biological, psychological, cultural, and transcendent relationships that constitute the human person. C. S. Peirce's metaphysical categories and existential graphs enrich traditional cognitive science modeling tools to capture emergent phenomena. From this richer perspective, one can reinterpret the traditional doctrine of soul as form of the body in terms of information as the constellation of constitutive relationships that enables real possibility.     

中西医糖尿病分型分期对治疗学指导作用比较

糖尿病已成为一种严重威胁公众健康的疾病,其发病率、病死率和致残率均高。本文通过比较中西医学糖尿病的分型分期对治疗学的指导作用,探讨中西医结合更好地防治糖尿病的可行性。中医强调整体观念和针对个体的辩证论治。而西医强调群体化治疗并能迅速改善代谢紊乱,中西医结合发挥各自的优势可以有效地进行糖尿病及其并发症的治疗。     

周敦颐易学思想体系

古文运动以后,面对儒释道三教抗衡局面中儒学的式微,一大批秉持儒家道统担当情怀的知识分子孜孜矻矻地希求通过改构儒学以恢复儒家的正统地位。而《周易》则因其丰蕴的形上智慧和思想资源成为了这一时期儒家知识分子普遍萃心的经典。这一缓慢的儒学复兴之路直到北宋五子才初步完成。作为“理学开山”的周敦颐成功地以《周易》作为自身的学术根基,建立了理学史上第一个高度哲学化的天人之学。由于诸多原因,学界对于周敦颐易学思想的关注较多集中在《太极图》的渊源考据上,而对其易学涵具的精深义理研究则相对较少。本文以学理研究为主,在前人研究的成果上,试图对周敦颐易学的脉络做一简单梳理。     

农村儿童与城市儿童孤独感和人格特征的比较研究

本研究以480名农村和城市儿童为研究对象,以“儿童孤独量表”和“艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）儿童版”为研究工具,考察农村儿童与城市儿童孤独感和人格特征状况。结果表明：（1）小学高年级儿童中存在着不同程度的孤独感,农村儿童的孤独感普遍高于城市儿童。（2）小学高年级儿童的孤独感不存在明显的性别差异和年龄差异,与父母的受教育程度存在着一定程度的负相关。（3）农村儿童倾向内向,其内外倾向显著低于城市儿童,农村儿童的内倾性人格特征是影响他们孤独感体验的重要因素。     

The dermatology life quality index (DLQI) and the hospital anxiety and depression (HADS) in Chinese rosacea patients

The study aims to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and the psychological situation in Chinese patients with rosacea. A total of 196 healthy controls and 201 rosacea patients were involved in the final analysis. The general information, the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were collected. Significantly higher DLQI, anxiety and depression score were observed in the rosacea group compared to the control group (p < .01). Total DLQI score of patients was positively related with anxiety (r = .526, p < .001) and depression scores (r = .399, p < .001) in HADS. Rosacea had significant psychological impact on Chinese patients and had substantial influence on their QOL. Physicians should address the psychosocial needs of rosacea patients as much as its physical symptoms.     

L’intention comportementale dans les pratiques ménagères : faire soi-même son produit ménager pour moins polluer

Partly due to everyday products discharge, the presence of micropollutants in the sewage system highly concerns the public authorities and water stakeholders. Our study is focused on the measurement of the intention to substitute usual household products by a “homemade” product more eco-friendly. 304 questionnaires were completed by the inhabitants of the Strasbourg Eurometropole and were analyzed by using the theory of planned behavior (TPB). The results show that TPB explains 35 % of intention to use the “homemade” product. It seems that the respondents have a positive attitude toward this “homemade” product. It also appears that there is a strong capacity constraint of this product in terms of disinfection although this parameter is essential when choosing a household product.     

People with severe and profound intellectual disability: Nurse carer experiences in a South African setting

We explored nurse carer experiences with people with severe and profound intellectual disability in a care and rehabilitation centre in South Africa. Informants were a convenience sample of 10 nurses (females = 7; males = 3; mean years of service = 7.8, SD = 4.8 years). They completed an unstructured interview on their care provision experiences. The data were thematically analysed using Tesch’s method of open coding. Findings resulted in the following three themes to characterise the nurse carer experiences: compassion, person-centred care, and importance of parent involvement. Compassionate and person-centred care is fundamental to the establishment of a therapeutic relationship between nurse carers and people with severe and profound intellectual disability.
