对比不同手术方法对桡骨远端骨折的疗效.收集我院自2008年10月到2012年12月桡骨远端骨折患者86例,双盲随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组采用无头加压空心钉内固定,对照组采用锁定钢板内固定,比较两组的平均手术时间和平均术中出血量.术后12个月采用Jakim标准进行腕关节功能评定,同时对随访患者的腕关节功能进行临床评分.试验组平均手术时间为(30.45±5.14)min,显著低于对照组的(63.42±8.14)min(P<0.05),而试验组平均术中出血量为(23.67±6.14)ml,少于对照组的(83.12±10.47)ml(P<0.05).术后随访试验组腕关节功能优良率为87.5%;对照组则为87.1% (P>0.05),试验组和对照组腕关节在功能、握力活动范围等方面评分存在显著差异,在疼痛评分上两组无明显差异.采用无头加压空心钉治疗桡骨远端骨折可以显著减少手术时间及术中出血,提高腕关节功能而且在疗效上与传统锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折相比无明显差异.  相似文献

该研究采用笔画构成汉字的实验范式,利用整字、部件、笔画作为启动材料考查了笔画构成汉字过程中整体与部分之间的关系。实验中要求被试用给出的笔画组(四划或五划)构成汉字,并且判断笔画组是否能够构成一个真实的汉字。结果发现整字在笔画构成汉字的实验过程中起到最为关键的作用。其次是笔画存在着明显的启动效应,部件的启动效应最弱。结论:在笔画构成汉字的过程中,主要以整字加工为主,笔画加工也起到了重要作用。  相似文献

以全部报告法和部分报告法为任务.在Kosslyn瞬时记忆模型框架下,探讨当刺激呈现和报告的方式按列进行时,被试注意窗的放置策略及其对瞬时记忆的影响。结果发现。部分报告优势在这种条件下也是存在的;因为长期的学习而导致的阅读习惯对注意窗放置策略的影响是稳定的;同时发现这种策略使得被试在按列进行的报告方式时,全部报告法和部分报告法的成绩都低于按行报告方式。文章还对上述实验发现作出了进一步的讨论。  相似文献

Developmental research on Gestalt laws has previously revealed that, even as young as infancy, we are bound to group visual elements into unitary structures in accordance with a variety of organizational principles. Here, we focus on the developmental trajectory of both connection‐based and object‐based grouping, and investigate their impact on object formation in participants, aged 9–21 years old (N = 113), using a multiple‐object tracking paradigm. Results reveal a main effect of both age and grouping type, indicating that 9‐ to 21‐year‐olds are sensitive to both connection‐based and object‐based grouping interference, and tracking ability increases with age. In addition to its importance for typical development, these results provide an informative baseline to understand clinical aberrations in this regard.

Many learners have difficulties with rational number tasks because they persistently rely on their natural number knowledge, which is not always applicable. Studies show that such a natural number bias can mislead not only children but also educated adults. It is still unclear whether and under what conditions mathematical expertise enables people to be completely unaffected by such a bias on tasks in which people with less expertise are clearly biased. We compared the performance of eighth‐grade students and expert mathematicians on the same set of algebraic expression problems that addressed the effect of arithmetic operations (multiplication and division). Using accuracy and response time measures, we found clear evidence for a natural number bias in students but no traces of a bias in experts. The data suggested that whereas students based their answers on their intuitions about natural numbers, expert mathematicians relied on their skilled intuitions about algebraic expressions. We conclude that it is possible for experts to be unaffected by the natural number bias on rational number tasks when they use strategies that do not involve natural numbers.  相似文献

In pre-World-War-II psychology, two directions in methodological thought—the German–Austrian and North American ways—could be differentiated. After the war, the German–Austrian methodological orientation has been largely abandoned. Compared to the pre-WWII German–Austrian psychology, modern mainstream psychology is more concerned with accumulation of facts than with general theory. Furthermore, the focus on qualitative data—in addition to quantitative data—is rarely visible. Only external–physical or statistical-rather than psychological controls are taken into account in empirical studies. Fragments—rather than wholes—and relationships are studied, and single cases that contradict group data are not analyzed. Instead of complex psychological types simple trait differences are studied, and prediction is not followed by thorough analysis of the whole situation. Last (but not least), data are not systematically related to complex theory. These limits have hindered the growth of knowledge in the behavioral sciences. A new return to an updated version of the German–Austrian methodological trajectory is suggested.
