试论《管子》对法的渊源的探索

《管子》作为“齐法家”思想的重要著作,其中的法家思想融进了当时多家学说对法的认识,反映了齐国变法时期的政治实践以及战国时期法律思想发展的特点,在我国法律思想发展史上具有重要的历史地位。它对法的渊源的探索,开辟了思想融合的趋势,这种思想上的包容精神影响了我国后世许多重要文化和国家治理思想的形成。     

Revisiting the university front

The article argues that the most important trends in the recent metamorphosis of higher education, especially of university teaching and research, cannot be understood without placing them in the context of general developments in political life. Both processes reveal alarming features and there is a link between them. In recent decades a religion has established its dominance in the public policy field. Its dogmas are called “liberalization”, “economic man”, “individual preference”, “the free market”, “competition” and “efficiency”. The consequences of the progressive imposition of this doctrine on the universities—including on the relation between teaching and research—are well documented but not always well understood. It is argued that the “commercialization” of higher education and research means in reality their hyper-bureaucratization, via the imposition of so-called evaluation, assessment and accreditation schemes, the latest avatars of the managerialist ideology. Might the final result be the disintegration of the university as an institution?     

关于晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀问题的探讨

分析了晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀的重要意义和特殊性,论述了临终关怀的主要内容,探讨了临终关怀中的伦理问题,特别是对是否告知患者实情和是否应该放弃治疗等问题进行了深入讨论和分析。并提出晚期肿瘤患者的临终关怀,要从生理、心理、社会、伦理等多方面、多角度关爱患者,帮助患者认识生命价值,理解生命意义,提高生存质量。     

权利优先、还是义务优先——对涉及人的生物医学研究中受试者权利与义务关系的理性思考

对“权利与义务”从“公正”方面进行了解读,论述了在涉及人的生物医学研究中,受试者权利与义务之间的复杂关系,提出“受试者权利优先”是平衡两者关系的基本原则;确立了“受试者权利优先”的具体策略：首先尊重受试者的权利（首要性）;当受试者的权利与受试者的义务出现一定矛盾时,应该把尊重受试者的权利放在首位（至上性）;在尊重受试者的权利中,化解两者矛盾。     

我国心理健康研究现状的文献计量学分析

对收录在中国期刊网上的488条心理健康研究的论文题录进行计量学分析,发现心理学刊物上的心理健康研究论文数量不多,主要集中在心理健康相关因素和现状调查两个方面,内部合作研究已经成为心理健康研究的主要形式,研究力量的机构分布主要集中在高等师范院校和医科院校及医院,研究力量的地区分布主要集中在经济较为发达地区。     

农村中医药人才的培养机制探讨

目前农村中医药人员的人员状况和从业素质令人担忧,主要存在人数减少、人员学识低下、临床能力不足等问题。发展中医药事业,重点是加强中医药人才的教育,培养出一批农村中医药人才骨干队伍,从而满足农村基层对中医药卫生医疗保健的需要。     

Learning unfamiliar faces in infants: The advantage of the regular sequence presentation and the three‐quarter view superiority

We investigated the effect of the regular sequence of different views and the three‐quarter view effect on the learning of unfamiliar faces by infants. 3–8‐month‐old infants were familiarized with unfamiliar female faces in either the regular condition (presenting 11 different face views from the frontal view to the left‐side profile view in regular order) or the random condition (presenting the same 11 different face views in random order). Following the familiarization, infants were tested with a pair of a familiarized and a novel female face either in a three‐quarter (Experiment 1) or in a profile view (Experiment 2). Results showed that only 6–8‐month‐old infants could identify a familiarized face in the regular condition when they were tested in three‐quarter views. In contrast, 6–8‐month‐old infants showed no significant novelty preference in profile views. The results suggest that the regular sequence of different face views promotes the learning of unfamiliar faces by infants over 6 months old. Moreover, our findings imply that the three‐quarter view effect appears in infants.     

家电销售人员胜任特征模型建构

本研究旨在探讨优秀家电销售人员应具备的胜任特征。首先通过对20名家电销售人员的行为事件访谈,初步构建了家电销售人员胜任特征模型;然后通过对20例顾客与家电销售人员的互动进行自然观察,进而对所建构的模型加以验证。研究表明,家电销售人员胜任特征模型共包括9项:成就导向、主动性、学习发展、影响力、洞察力、服务意识、可信赖、情绪稳定性以及产品知识。     

《乾》卦爻辞与周文王克商方略

《乾》卦爻辞的思想与周文王克商的整体战略有许多契合之处,如:“潜龙勿用”,与文王根据实力采取战略守势;“见龙在田”,与文王对西土方国的团结怀柔;“夕惕若厉”,与文王小心翼翼地臣事段商王朝;“或跃在渊”,与文王对大邑商发动战略进攻;“飞龙在天”,与文王谋划灭商的战略决战;“亢龙有悔”,与文王认识到攻取之道不可久用;“群龙无首”,与文王设计从武功向文治的战略转移等,皆有相通相合的地方.《乾》卦爻辞与文王克商方略之间的诸多契合表明,殷周之际王朝更迭的沧桑巨变,深刻地影响了《乾》卦爻辞的撰作.其中,文王克商的方略及其过程,应是《乾》卦最为重要的思想渊源之一.
