浅谈内隐学习在大学英语教学中的应用

内隐学习是一种自动的、不易觉察的、对复杂规律敏感的学习,内隐学习与学科教学的结合是近年来内隐学习研究取得的新进展。结合大学英语教学的实际,对内隐学习在大学英语教学中的应用进行了思考并提出了几点认识。     

Counsellors becoming counsellor educators: a New Zealand example

ABSTRACT

The international literature on adjunct faculty in higher education, including professional education, does not yet cover counsellor education in particular, although many programmes rely on the teaching services of experienced practitioners in adjunct faculty positions. This article reports on a small, exploratory study conducted with adjunct faculty members appointed to one-year, full time fellowships in the counsellor education programme in which the authors are full time academics. The study identifies the mutual benefits of this practice, to the practitioners who teach as adjunct faculty and to the counsellor education programme. It also identifies areas that are problematic. In view both of the identified benefits and the difficulties experienced, the authors discuss their responsibilities as permanent academic staff to the practitioners who teach as adjunct faculty. The authors suggest that programmes benefit from the ethic of hospitality that adjunct faculty can offer and invite academic staff to bring (un)conditional hospitality to the collegial relationship in counsellor education.

教学查房是以培养医学生为主要目的的临床教学活动,它与医疗查房有着重要区别。三级医师教学查房是我国医学教育的基本模式,目前存在诸多问题,如何使教学查房规范化是大家面临的共同困惑。在临床教学实践中,教学查房规范化是现代化医学教育的迫切要求。     

浅谈医学教育中的多媒体课件制作与启发、诱导式教学

合理地制作和运用多媒体课件,并充分发挥它的优势,与现代医学教育的启发、诱导式教学相结合。教员本身对所讲内容要充分理解,掌握多媒体课件制作的技巧,把自己的想法恰当地融入到幻灯片中。在实际运用过程中有一些具体的方法,如逐步出现、适当修饰、利用超级链接、合理插入图片、把正常片和异常片同时出现在一张幻灯片上等。     

创新医学教学模式，培养高素质医学人才

以现代教育思想和理念为指导,汕头大学医学院进行了医学教学模式的创新,通过“课程体系更新”、“教学方法创新”、“英语提升计划推进”和“考试制度强化”等有效的研究和实施,促进高素质医学创新人才培养,全面提高了学校的教学质量和综合办学能力。     

Factors influencing young children's risk of unintentional injury: Parenting style and strategies for teaching about home safety

This study examined mothers' teaching about home-safety issues to 24–30 month and 36–42 month old children, explored the relationship of teaching strategies to parenting styles, and assessed how these factors are related to children's risk of unintentional injury. A structured interview assessed home-safety issues relevant to falls, burns, cuts, poisoning, and suffocation/strangulation/choking. Mothers identified safety issues relevant to her child, and indicated the type and extent to which she utilized teaching as a strategy to address each safety issue. Standardized questionnaires provided information about parenting style and children's history of injuries. Results revealed that mothers' endorsements of home-safety issues did not vary with child age, mothers used teaching to manage safety issues for all types of injuries, and type of teaching strategy (explanations, rules, behavior modification) varied with parenting style. Greater use of explaining and less rule usage was linked to permissive parenting; these teaching strategies predicted children's medically-attended injury among highly-permissive mothers. Thus, teaching about safety is a common risk-management strategy mothers use to address hazards in the home. However, the specific type of teaching strategy used varies with parenting style, which has implications for children's risk of injury.     

教师组织公民行为与教学效能感的关系研究

文章采用教师组织公民行为与教师教学效能感问卷,对广州市的205名初中教师进行了研究,以探讨学校等级、性别、职称、学历、教龄等背景变量对初中教师组织公民行为、教学效能感的影响,以及教师组织公民行为与教师教学效能感之间的关系。结果发现:教师组织公民行为、教学效能感在学校等级和职称上存在着显著性差异;教师组织公民行为与教师教学效能感之间存在着显著性相关,教师组织公民行为中的认同组织和良心行为因子是教师教学效能感的有效预测变量。     

Teaching and Cultural Otherness

This work focuses on the relational dimension of the encounter between teacher and students meant as a structural element for teaching practice. By using theoretical group-analytical and anthropo-analytical coordinates, the authors psychodynamically problematize some relational conditions that may influence learning. This research concentrates on the circumstances that limit and allow the birth of a group arrangement capable to learn from experience, rather than on a perspective to teach-learn in a perfect agreement with planning. Intercultural education is pointed out and located as a horizon and ideal term to guide educational practice.     

中文版正念教学量表的信效度检验

目的:修订中文版正念教学量表并检验其在中国教师群体中的信效度。方法:使用样本1(n₁=302)进行项目分析、探索性因素分析;样本2(n₂=185)进行验证性因素分析;使用样本1和2检验量表的跨组测量不变性,并考察效标效度;样本3(n₃=30)进行重测信度检验。结果:中文版正念教学量表为二因子结构,包括个体内正念和人际间正念两个分量表,具有良好的结构效度、效标效度及信度。且该量表在小学、初中及高中教师中达到部分测量强等值。结论:该量表适宜在我国中小学教师群体中使用。
