辽宁省临床医师认知和使用循证医学情况调查

为了解临床医师使用循证医学(Evidence-Based Medicine)的知晓度,获得基线资料,为卫生部门提供决策依据,课题组对辽宁省三级甲等医院的243名临床医师采用问卷调查。结果显示,临床医师受经验医学的束缚,未能将循证医学运用到医疗实践当中。为提高我国临床医学水平,在临床医师中推广循证医学非常必要。     

机器人辅助手术在普通外科的应用及进展

机器人在过去的20多年里为普通外科做出了突出的贡献,且在不断的实践和改进之下机器人正逐步得到越来越多的应用。本文就机器人技术的发展和在普通外科的手术领域包括胆囊切除术、食管及胃部手术、减肥手术、结直肠癌手术和内分泌手术的应用以及进展综述如下。     

体外循环技术临床研究和应用的进展

体外循环技术因心血管外科的发展需要而产生,又随着心血管外科的发展而不断进步,并且推动着心血管外科向更高深的领域开拓;与此同时,体外循环的仪器设备,也随着科学技术的发展,在不断地研发和更新换代,为临床上利用体外循环技术提供了更安全、更有效的保障,因此,其应用范围几乎渗透发展到临床各个领域,应用前景相当广阔。     

“Transferring” and transference

This paper is part of my research into psychotic transference and is also related to the psychotic aspect of any adult or infantile patient in analysis. In my research, I studied the origin of the concept of transference in Charcot's time before Freud, and the transformation of this concept in psychoanalysis. Freud thought that psychotic patients were not able to establish a transference relationship, but some of his early papers show the opposite. In fact, Freud himself and then several other analysts were able to develop a personal experience regarding the possibility of contact and transferring feelings and delusional experiences in a therapeutic context – individual, group, or institution. I provide some clinical examples in this paper, as well as some theoretical, personal views regarding intrapersonal and interpersonal transference. Like Freud and Melanie Klein, I believe that transference starts with life, but that in psychoanalysis it has a particular meaning.     

父母心理控制与青少年智能手机成瘾:心理需求网络满足和环境敏感性的作用

本研究探讨了父母心理控制与智能手机成瘾的关系,以湖北省某中学的1320名高中生为被试,采用问卷法考察了心理需求网络满足在父母心理控制和智能手机成瘾关系间的中介效应,以及环境敏感性对这一中介过程的调节效应。结果发现：（1）在控制了手机使用频率后,父母心理控制对智能手机成瘾具有显著正向预测作用;（2）心理需求网络满足在父母心理控制和智能手机成瘾之间起中介作用;（3）中介链条的后半段,即心理需求网络满足和智能手机成瘾的关系受到环境敏感性的调节。具体来说,对于高环境敏感性的人,心理需求网络满足对智能手机成瘾的正向预测作用明显增强。     

Infant behavioural effects of smartphone interrupted parent-infant interaction

Infants are vulnerable to changes in the dyadic synchrony with their caregivers, as demonstrated in numerous experiments employing the still-face paradigm. The sudden lack of attunement causes infant stress reactions and the still-face literature have suggested potential long-term costs of this in terms of development of social, emotional and cognitive skills. Acknowledging the rapid technological development accompanied by altered practices in the parent-infant interaction, the current study investigates infant behavioural reactions in a similar experimental paradigm, manipulating parental responsiveness and sensitivity in a slightly different manner. In the current study, the parent interrupts the ongoing interaction, simulating occupation with a smartphone, rather than making a ‘still-face’. In a cross-sectional design, infants of six, nine and twelve months display increased levels of protest behaviour in response to the interrupted interaction with their parent, together with lowered levels of positive engagement and social monitoring, suggesting similar behavioural responses as the still-face effect. Implications for infant social and emotional development, as well as for mindful tech habits are discussed.

Emoji是一种从最初模仿挪用日式动漫符号, 到后来日益扩展其使用范围的图像符号体系。自从1999年Shegetaka Kurita创造Emoji以来, Emoji不断获得充实和发展, 目前已成为数字交流中代替肢体动作、面部表情等非语言线索的主要形式, 并成为全球普遍使用的交流工具。Emoji本身具有有趣、形象、生动和幽默等特点, 在网络交流中具有表达情感、加强表达、改变语气、维持或增进人际关系等功能。同时, 其使用会受到性别、文化、语境和平台等因素的影响。目前, 随着Emoji的不断发展和广泛使用, 其应用范围已经扩展至网络交流之外的心理测量、商业营销、法律判决以及情感分析等领域, 具有广泛的应用和研究价值。未来可以从以下几个方面进一步深入研究：(1)进一步探索Emoji在网络交流中的应用和未来发展趋势; (2)加大对Emoji在其他领域中应用情况的进一步研究; (3)更加深入探索Emoji的神经生理机制; (4)从认知加工角度来探讨Emoji在网络交流中的积极效果。     

甘露醇在肾脏疾病治疗时的临床应用

甘露醇作为高渗性脱水剂在临床上被广泛应用。而甘露醇在肾脏方面具有保护和损伤双重作用,如何正确地掌握和使用好甘露醇,在避免其肾脏损伤的同时充分发挥其护肾作用,是件非常值得引起临床上重视的问题。本文介绍了甘露醇在肾脏疾病中护肾方面应用的一些进展,以及为减少肾脏损伤要注意的问题。     

“临床路径”服务模式对于推进合理用药的伦理价值

药品是治病救人的物质基础,但要真正达到健康的目的,合理用药才是关键。从医学伦理学的视角来看采取临床路径服务模式推进临床合理用药,体现着“人本主义”的伦理原则,有利于患者“知情同意”原则的实现,有利于降低不合理的医药费用,有利于监测治疗效果,减少药物不良反应。     

The sortal resemblance problem

Is it possible to characterize the sortal essence of Fs for a sortal concept F solely in terms of a criterion of identity C for F? That is, can the question ‘What sort of thing are Fs?’ be answered by saying that Fs are essentially those things whose identity can be assessed in terms of C? This paper presents a case study supporting a negative answer to these questions by critically examining the neo-Fregean suggestion that cardinal numbers can be fully characterized as those things whose identity can be assessed in terms of one-one correspondence between concepts.
