采用对照组和干预组前测、后测设计,对80名脑瘫儿童的综合功能和生活质量进行了测量,分析了心理干预对脑瘫儿童康复疗效的影响。结果表明:(1)四组脑瘫儿童后测综合功能评定效果存在显著差异。(2)生活质量问卷中,在使用特殊器具感觉维度上,四个组别间的追踪水平逐级显著递增;在对疼痛和困扰感觉维度上,四个组别间的后测水平、追踪水平均逐级显著递减;在其它四个维度上,四个组别间的后测水平、追踪水平均逐级显著递增。(3)在使用特殊器具感觉维度上,三个干预组内的追踪水平显著高于前测和后测水平;在对疼痛和困扰感觉维度上,三个干预组内的前测、后测和追踪水平均呈逐级显著递减趋势;在其它四个维度上,三个干预组内的前测、后测和追踪水平均逐级显著递增。干预组比对照组能显著提升脑瘫患儿的综合功能和生活质量。 相似文献

采用项目反应理论(IRT)对《中国士兵人格问卷》进行项目分析。计算机呈现中国士兵人格问卷(CSPQ)对100,523名适龄男性青年进行测验,随机抽取2676名任一维度标准分均低于70的定为合格组;将任一维度大于70分并经专业人员访谈不合格的274名定为不合格组;从精神病院抽取男性年龄相当的221名缓解期精神分裂症患者定为精神病组,并完成CSPQ测验。运用基于IRT的双参数Logistic模型进行分析;结果发现,区分度参数超过区间(0.30,4.00)的条目删除前后,被试的能力值与标准分均存在显著相关;精神病组的测验分数经IRT分析,图形曲线与不合格组有高度吻合。研究结果说明,在测验精度基本相同的条件下,应用IRT可以减少施测条目,提高测验效率,可在一定程度上更精确地区分被试的特质水平 相似文献

Rüdiger Bittner argues that regret is not useful and so it is always unreasonable to feel and express it. In this paper, I argue that regret is often reasonable because regret has a communicative function: it communicates where we stand with respect to things we have done and outcomes that we have caused. This study utilized performance-based and self-report measures to examine differences in executive functions in college students with and without histories of childhood maltreatment. On the performance-based measures of executive function, all scores fell within the normal range for age. However, participants in the childhood maltreatment group reported more problems with metacognition than those without history of maltreatment. Severity of childhood maltreatment was associated with poorer cognitive inhibition/switching and phonetic fluency. Although significant group differences were found on a laboratory-based task of executive function, performance across the other tasks was generally similar. However, those with a history of maltreatment reported more problems with metacognition, suggesting a potential avenue for brief interventions focused on improving metacognitive skills important for success in the college environment. 本研究运用基础心理实验仪器和国际标准的韦克斯勒成人智力、记忆量表(中国修订版),对海军某潜艇艇员和岸勤人员进行了部分认知功能和作业能力的逐个测量。通过对照研究,探讨了潜艇环境对艇员注意力、领悟力、记忆力和作业能力的影响特点。发现:(1)潜艇艇员选择反应时测验,对3种声音反应错误次数多,尤其是低音错误多,说明潜艇艇员的低音听觉和判断力受到了明显的影响,军龄大于5年的多期士官影响显著。(2)潜艇艇员注意集中能力测验,脱靶次数多,且只是军龄小于2年的士兵表现显著,注意分配能力测验中对光反应错误次数多,但随着军龄的增加影响不明显。(3)潜艇艇员领悟理解能力差,上艇5年以上是艇员领悟力开始受损的重要时期。(4)潜艇艇员双手协调和手指灵活用时较短,但出轨和掉针次数略多,艇员双手作业速度在潜艇的岗位训练中得到了增强,但因潜艇环境的不利影响其准确性有待提高。 相似文献

Recent accounts of number word learning posit that when children learn to accurately count sets (i.e., become “cardinal principle” or “CP” knowers), they have a conceptual insight about how the count list implements the successor function – i.e., that every natural number n has a successor defined as n + 1 (Carey, 2004, 2009; Sarnecka & Carey, 2008). However, recent studies suggest that knowledge of the successor function emerges sometime after children learn to accurately count, though it remains unknown when this occurs, and what causes this developmental transition. We tested knowledge of the successor function in 100 children aged 4 through 7 and asked how age and counting ability are related to: (1) children’s ability to infer the successors of all numbers in their count list and (2) knowledge that all numbers have a successor. We found that children do not acquire these two facets of the successor function until they are about 5½ or 6 years of age – roughly 2 years after they learn to accurately count sets and become CP-knowers. These findings show that acquisition of the successor function is highly protracted, providing the strongest evidence yet that it cannot drive the cardinal principle induction. We suggest that counting experience, as well as knowledge of recursive counting structures, may instead drive the learning of the successor function. 相似文献

This paper argues that recovering the “missing” paternal function in analytic space is essential for the patient's achievement of mature object relations. Emerging from the helpless infant's contact with primary caregivers, mature intimacy rests on establishing healthy triadic functioning based on an infant‐with‐mother‐and‐father. Despite a maternocentric bias in contemporary clinical theory, the emergence of triangularity and the inclusion of the paternal third as a separating element is vital in the analytic dyad. Effective technique requires the analyst's balanced interplay between the paternal, investigative and the maternal, maximally receptive modes of functioning—the good enough analytic couple within the analyst—to serve as the separating element that procreatively fertilizes the capacity for intimacy with a differentiated other. A clinical example illustrates how treatment is limited when the paternal function is minimized within more collusive, unconsciously symbiotic dyads. 相似文献

This article investigates emotion recognition ability, a central aspect of Theory of Mind (ToM), in a group of individuals with spina bifida myelomeningocele (SBM) experiencing executive function deficits, and examine associations between emotion recognition, and intellectual and executive functioning. A total of 38 adult subjects with SBM were included in this study, participating in a randomized controlled trial evaluating the effects of a cognitive rehabilitation intervention for executive dysfunction. Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test (RMET) was used as a measure of emotion recognition, and neuropsychological tests and questionnaires were utilized as executive function measures. One third of the participants performed poorer on the emotion recognition task compared to normative data. Emotion recognition may represent an area being affected in adults with SBM, and it is related to verbal IQ. Findings also suggest that executive functions and emotion recognition ability in adults with SBM are independent. 相似文献

Alterations to cognitive function are often reported with depression and anxiety symptoms, yet few studies have examined the same associations with mental well-being. This study examined the association between mental well-being, depression and anxiety symptoms and cognitive function in 1502 healthy adult monozygotic (MZ) and dizygotic (DZ) twins, and the shared/unique contribution of genetic (G) and environmental (E) variance. Using linear mixed models, mental well-being was positively associated (p?.01) with sustained attention (β?=?0.127), inhibition (β?=?0.096), cognitive flexibility (β?=?0.149), motor coordination (β?=?0.114) and working memory (β?=?0.156), whereas depression and anxiety symptoms were associated (p?.01) with poorer sustained attention (β?=??0.134), inhibition (β?=??0.139), cognitive flexibility (β?=??0.116) and executive function (β?=??0.139). Bivariate twin modelling showed well-being shared a small environmental correlation with motor coordination and a small genetic correlation with working memory. Trivariate twin modelling showed well-being shared a small genetic correlation with inhibition, whereas depression and anxiety symptoms shared a small environmental correlation with inhibition. The remaining variance was mostly driven by unique G and/or E variance. Overall, well-being and depression and anxiety symptoms show both independent and shared relationships with cognitive functions but this is largely attributable to unique G or E variance and small shared G/E variance between pairs of variables. 相似文献
