采用追踪设计,以948名初中和高中学生为被试,在考察早中期青少年对教育和职业领域的未来规划发展特点的基础上,探讨了父母教养行为对青少年未来规划的预测作用以及青少年行为自主在其中的中介效应。结果表明:(1)在两次测量中,中期青少年的教育探索水平增长,早期青少年的教育探索变化不显著;早期青少年的职业探索和投入水平均高于中期青少年。(2)父母的接纳/参与能正向预测青少年当时及以后对教育和职业的探索和投入;父母的严厉/监督仅能正向预测青少年当时的教育探索和投入。(3)行为自主在父母的接纳/参与对青少年未来规划的预测中起部分中介效应。 相似文献

“组织发展”在中国还是一门新崛起的学科。在我国的改革的号召下,“组织发展”的实践却领先于理论的研究。农村的改革,给农民带来了自主权,取得了很大的成功,极大地推动了工业改革。开始,我们试行了弹性工时制,接着推行了目标管理,进而扩大到满负荷工作法和预见管理。同时我们又必须克服工人的短期行为,培养他们对企业长期利益的认同感,如今还在研究集中管理和分权管理,即参与管理的问题。我们深信,组织的发展最终还是取决于工人的素质,而训练和教育则是必然的手段。 相似文献

This article attempts a philosophical defense of an autonomy-based approach to multicultural education. I contend that multicultural education is necessary in order for students to be able to develop personal autonomy. This, in turn, can empower students to effectively formulate their own version of the good life. The development of autonomy need not, as many critics claim, promote atomistic individualism. Rather, contemporary liberal autonomy strives for a balance between the individual and the community. In defending multicultural education, my argument relies on Joseph Raz's notion of autonomy and Will Kymlicka's concept of a context of choice. I conclude that through multicultural education, students can expand their contexts of choice and consequently develop individual autonomy, an essential ingredient of the good life. 相似文献

In order to formulate a comparative model of political cultures, a theory that integrates psychological, sociological and economic variables is developed. Within societies dominant political cultural themes stress particular patterns of right and obligation. These patterns simultaneously undergird social solidarity and justify an unequal distribution of rewards. Differences among political cultures exist vertically on an historical dimension of increasing moral comprehensiveness and horizontally on a dimension of moral content. Internal tensions deriving from technological development and from social discourse about the moral adequacy of norms stimulate change. A case study of American political culture, with its contrasting emphases on egalitarianism and individualism, assesses the theoretical claims. 相似文献

Current parent–adolescent behavioral interaction research highlights the importance of three elements of behavior in defining
adaptive interactions: autonomy, control, and warmth vs. hostility. However, this research has largely addressed the developmental
needs and psychosocial outcomes of adolescents, as opposed to parents, with a focus on how parent and adolescent behaviors
influence adolescent adaptation. This paper utilizes both adolescent and mid-life developmental research, as well as parent–adolescent
interaction research, to introduce a model for conceptualizing parent–adolescent interactions as a transactional process in
which both parental and adolescent development are considered. Further, ideas are presented describing how adaptive parent–adolescent
interactions may change across adolescence. The concept of collaboration is proposed as a conceptual tool for assessing one
form of adaptive parent–adolescent interactions. The structural analysis of social behavior (SASB) is presented as a model

This essay aims to elucidate how multiple voices and traditions should interact with one another in the practice of ethics. First, it explores some of the major ways in which questions of bodily autonomy function in secular feminist and Jewish bioethical discourses. It then uses case studies to illuminate ways each discourse's concepts of bodily autonomy can be deeply problematic, and argues that the strengths in each discourse can serve as important correctives for the weaknesses in the other. It suggests that some formal features of rabbinic texts can serve as a model for a discourse of constant and animated mutual correction.
