本研究选择云南曲靖和浙江宁波的两所师范学校作为研究对象,以教育人种学研究方法为基本方法,通过现象分析、个案访谈、问卷调查、文献分析等途径,对不同地区教师群体的工作积极性状态及其原因进行了实证性对比研究,得出以下结论:竞争压力和相对报酬之间的相互关系是决定不同教师群体工作积极性大小的两个关键因素。其中竞争因素的激励功能相对较强。竞争压力大小与相对报酬高低之间的相互关系影响着群体激励力量的大小。 相似文献

We construct a Hilbert style system RPL for the notion of plausibility measure introduced by Halpern J, and we prove the soundness and completeness with respect
to a neighborhood style semantics. Using the language of RPL, we demonstrate that it can define well-studied notions of necessity, conditionals and propositional identity.

Economists argue that, despite cognitive limitations, economic agents arrive at optimal choice rules by learning. The assumption is that consumers, for example, are adaptively rational. Adaptive rationality raises a host of issues. We address three of these in the context of experimental markets: do consumers differ on the basis of learning; how do these differences, when aggregated, affect market efficiency; and how do consumers learn? Analysis of our experimental data reveals the following. First, multiple segments of consumers exist on the basis of learning. Second, the largest segment consists of subjects who do not learn despite timely feedback and motivation. Third, although some consumers do learn to make optimal choices, the effect of this segment on market efficiency is cancelled by an equal number of subjects who ‘learn' false relations. Finally, although subjects do not learn strict rationality even with experience, they are in the aggregate not so irrational as to allow highly suboptimal brands to survive. Further analysis of how consumers learn, specifically on the cues (signals) and the rules consumers employ in making choices over time leads to the following two conclusions. First, some signals make learning more easy than others: for example, providing market share information improves learning but not as much as providing quality information does. Second, people employ different rules depending upon the type of information they have. For example, consumers making decisions based only on price information are more likely to use a heuristic like ‘buy a medium‐priced product provided it has not failed in the past'. Consumers making decisions based on price and quality information may employ a heuristic such as ‘buy top quality products regardless of price'. The paper presents an infinite hierarchy of sound and complete axiomatic systems for Two-Dimensional Modal Tense Logic with Historical Necessity, Agents and Acts. A main novelty of these logics is their capacity to represent formally (i) basic action-sentences asserting that such and such an act is performed/omitted by an agent, as well as (ii) causative action-sentences asserting that by performing/omitting a certain act, an agent causes that such and such a state-of-affairs is realized (e.g. comes about/ceases/remains/remains absent). We illustrate how the formal machinery of our systems can be used to reconstruct a number of interesting ideas in the Logic of Agency and Action that have been proposed by authors like von Wright, von Kutschera, Belnap and Segerberg. 相似文献

Beghi, Xausa, Tomat, and Zanforlin (J. Math. Psychol. 41(1997) 11) present a visual stereokinetic illusion. In the image plane, one end of an oblique bar moves horizontally back and forth, while the other end is stationary. Perceptually, this becomes a bar of a constant length rotating in depth around a vertical axis that passes through the stationary end of the bar. Beghi et al. (1997) provide a mathematical model of minimal relative motion to account for this percept. Here we show that the minimal relative motion principle cannot explain the perceptual phenomenon. Specifically, we raise two objections. (1) It is necessary to consider not only the length, but also the direction, of a vector when comparing vector fields. In fact, when directions are taken into consideration, Beghi et al.'s mathematical result diverges from their perceptual experimental result. (2) There is a mathematical inconsistency in Beghi et al. (1997): mixing absolute and relative velocities in their minimization is unwarranted, and does not lead to correct minimization. 相似文献

The effects of an auditory model on the learning of relative and absolute timing were examined. In 2 experiments, participants attempted to learn to produce a 1,000- or 1,600-ms sequence of 5 key presses with a specific relative-timing pattern. In each experiment, participants were, or were not, provided an auditory model that consisted of a series of tones that were temporally spaced according to the criterion relative-timing pattern. In Experiment 1, participants (n = 14) given the auditory template exhibited better relative- and absolute-timing performance than participants (n = 14) not given the auditory template. In Experiment 2, auditory and no-auditory template groups again were tested, but in that experiment each physical practice participant (n = 16) was paired during acquisition with an observer (n = 16). The observer was privy to all instructions as well as auditory and visual information that was provided the physical practice participant. The results replicated the results of Experiment 1: Relative-timing information was enhanced by the auditory template for both the physical and observation practice participants. Absolute timing was improved only when the auditory model was coupled with physical practice. Consistent with the proposal of D. M. Scully and K. M. Newell (1985), modeled timing information in physical and observational practice benefited the learning of the relative-timing features of the task, but physical practice was required to enhance absolute timing. 相似文献
