The purpose of this investigation was to develop an instrument to screen for the presence of problematic hypersexuality in a nonclinical sample of 357 adults residing in the United States. The problematic hypersexuality scale (PHS) was the product of this investigation and was designed to address the limitations of existing measures for this construct and gather psychometric evidence to support the intended uses of and claims drawn from this instrument. Empirical evidence for the use of the PHS as a screener was founded through factor analytic procedures, Rasch modeling, and the use of item response theory.  相似文献

Problematic school absenteeism is defined as absence from school occurring with a clinical-level mental disorder. It represents a higher-order term for school refusal, school truancy, and the combination thereof and is associated with an increased risk for school dropout, prolonged mental disorders, and unemployment. This article describes the manualized modular treatment of problematic school absenteeism (MT) by a multiprofessional team. The manual was developed to target a broad spectrum of mental disorders characterized by internalizing but also externalizing behavior. The therapeutic focus is on the reintegration into school and on the cognitive behavioral treatment of the mental disorder. The MT is based on a multilevel model of problematic school absenteeism. The treatment is informed by an extensive case-conceptualization and addresses motivational aspects by offering a low-threshold therapeutic design and motivational interviewing. Core interventions are represented in four modules: cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, school counseling, and a psychoeducational physical exercise program. A case vignette provides an illustration of the treatment and the specific graduated approach for school reintegration. The current modular approach is discussed in relation to other cognitive-behavioral manuals targeting a broad spectrum of mental disorders or school refusal.  相似文献

Problematic mobile phone use is characterized by its “impulsive” nature; users engage in it despite their negative attitude toward it. From a behavioral-economic perspective, this attitude–behavior discrepancy is generated by competing contingencies that involve smaller-sooner social reinforcers associated with mobile phone use and larger-later prosocial reinforcers potentially compromised by phone use. Based on this conceptualization, the reinforcer-pathology model of problematic mobile phone use is proposed, which posits that such phone use stems from excessive delay discounting of the social and prosocial reinforcers and/or excessive demand for the social reinforcers. A secondary data analysis of previously published studies was conducted, with the novel addition of principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of these data. The results generated evidence that supports the reinforcer-pathology model proposed in this article. Based on the theoretical analyses and accumulated empirical evidence, theory-driven prevention and intervention strategies for problematic mobile phone use are proposed. Overall, the reinforcer-pathology model of problematic mobile phone use provides a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing this growing issue.  相似文献

Compulsive sexual behavior (CSB) is defined as difficulties in controlling inappropriate or excessive sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors that cause subjective distress or impairment in important areas of daily functioning. Using data from a baseline telephone interview, we examined the prevalence of CSB in a convenience sample of 820 postdeployed U.S. military male and female veterans and investigated correlates of CSB with sociodemographics and other mental health and sexual history characteristics. More men (13.8%) than women (4.3%) endorsed CSB-related symptoms. Given the limited sample size of women reporting CSB, correlational analyses were conducted only with men. After adjusting for significant sociodemographics, results indicated that gambling, suicidality, and sexually transmitted infections were significantly associated with male CSB. Current results suggest that CSB may be prevalent among U.S. military veterans post deployment and associated with significant negative health indices in men. CSB warrants attention regarding screening and intervention.  相似文献

采用由7道真实性算术应用题构成的测试材料研究了207名六年级小学生。首先要求被试解答这些题目,然后对给出的不同解答作出评定。结果表明:(1)我国六年级小学生在无提示条件下真实性思考的人数比例是36.6%,显著地高于真实性解答的人数比例27.3%。(2)在解题真实性思考上,优生显著地高于中等生,中等生显著地高于差生;在对不确定真实性解答的评分上,优生显著地高于中等生与差生,在对常规性解答的评分上,优生显著地低于中等生与差生。(3)提示条件显著地提高了学生的真实性思考水平,并且与学生的学业水平存在着显著的交互作用;提示条件不影响学生对不确定真实性解答与常规性解答的评分。  相似文献

摘 要 目的:选用心理咨询中获得成功改变的中国当事人,验证美国学者William B. Stiles等提出的同化模型。方法:采用同化分析这一用来追踪心理治疗中当事人问题经验发展进程的研究方法,对案例的会谈逐字稿资料进行分析。结果:三位研究者追踪到了两个主题(两对声音),摘录了68个段落。其对两个主题摘录段落的同化评分与三位独立评定者的评分具有较高的相关(0.90和0.85),同化的评分随着会谈的进程而提高(相关分别为0.89和0.91)。当事人在心理咨询中的改变过程遵循同化模型有关治疗改变的发展序列。结论:中国当事人的心理咨询改变过程支持同化模型的理论构想。  相似文献

以往研究探讨了父母控制与青少年问题性网络使用(PIU)的关系,但它们在父母控制的操作定义、独特效应检验、函数形式分析等方面不够完善,且较少对中介机制进行探讨。本研究考察了不同形式的父母控制(行为控制 vs. 心理控制)与青少年PIU的直接联系,以及越轨同伴交往在其中的中介效应。选取703名初中生作为被试,匿名填写人口学问卷、父母控制问卷、越轨同伴交往问卷和青少年PIU量表。回归分析表明:(1)在控制了性别、年龄和家庭社会经济地位后,父母行为控制和心理控制对青少年PIU分别具有线性的抑制效应和促进效应;(2)父母行为控制和心理控制对越轨同伴交往分别具有线性的抑制和促进效应,进而作用于青少年PIU。因此,父母行为控制和心理控制与青少年PIU具有密切的联系,且越轨同伴交往在其中具有中介效应。  相似文献

目的:通过对比心理咨询中4例好效果案例和4例坏效果案例同化水平的差异,对同化模型有关成功治疗改变过程的理论构想进行检验,并寻找区分好坏案例的关键点。方法:选用7位经过培训的评定者组成三个研究小组,采用同化分析这一用来追踪当事人问题经验发展进程的研究方法,对8个当事人完整的咨询逐字稿资料进行分析,并对涉及当事人问题经验的段落进行摘录。依据同化问题经验量表和同化标识手册对摘录的段落进行同化评定。结果:8个案例的核心问题得到一致确定,三组评定者评分的组内相关系数ICC(1,1)在.64~.86之间,ICC(1,K)在.84~.96之间。好效果案例结束时的同化水平均分(M=5.50)和同化进展均分(M=4.25)高于坏效果案例(2.13和-.13)。好坏效果案例的同化进程均出现前进中倒退的情形,但好效果案例能够在倒退中保持上升,而坏效果案例未能完成上升。好效果案例最终的同化水平均达到了4(理解/领悟)及以上,坏效果案例最终的同化水平均未达到4。结论:研究结果基本支持同化模型的理论设想,即症状强度的减少同更高的同化水平相联系;并初步确定区分好坏效果的关键点是同化水平4;但从同化进程来看,可考虑对模型的发展序列进行修改完善。  相似文献

采用戴维斯在线认知量表、自杀意念自评量表、UCLA孤独感量表以及领悟社会支持量表,对江西赣州九所公立学校三个年级的1311名初中生进行测查,探讨问题性网络使用对初中生自杀意念的影响及作用机制。结果发现:(1)问题性网络使用对初中生的孤独感和自杀意念都有显著的正向预测作用;(2)孤独感在问题性网络使用与初中生自杀意念之间起着部分中介作用;(3)孤独感和自杀意念的关系(中介效应的后半段路径)受到领悟社会支持的调节,即孤独感对自杀意念的影响随着领悟社会支持的增强而减弱。因此,问题性网络使用和初中生自杀意念之间存在孤独感的中介作用和领悟社会支持的调节作用。  相似文献
