通过使用眼动追踪技术,采用2(呈现条件:同行呈现、跨行呈现)×2(词频:高频、低频)×2(阅读方式:朗读、默读)的被试内实验设计,探讨了词频和阅读方式对词跨行呈现效应的影响。结果发现,呈现条件、词频和阅读方式的主效应显著,跨行呈现、低频和朗读的凝视时间和总注视时间更长、总注视次数更多;呈现条件之间在凝视时间上的差异,高频词大于低频词;呈现条件之间在凝视时间和总注视次数上的差异,朗读大于默读。结果表明,词跨行呈现干扰了阅读,且这种干扰作用受词频和阅读方式的影响。 相似文献

A preference for static face patterns is observed in newborns and disappears around 3 months after birth. A previous study has demonstrated that 5‐month‐old infants prefer schematic faces only when the internal features are moving, suggesting that face‐specific movement enhances infants' preference. The present study investigates the facilitative effect of the movement of internal facial features on infants' preference. To examine infants' preference, we used animated face patterns consisting of a head‐shaped contour and three disk blobs. The inner blobs expanded and contracted to represent the opening and closing of the eyes and mouth, and were constrained to open and close only in a biologically possible vertical direction resembling the facial muscle structure. We compared infants' preferential looking time for this vertically moving (VM) face pattern with their looking time for a horizontally moving (HM) face pattern in which blobs transformed at the same speed in a biologically impossible, horizontal direction. In Experiment 1, 7 to 8‐month‐olds preferred the VM to the HM, but 5 to 6‐month‐olds did not. However, the preference was diminished in both cases when the moving face patterns were presented without contour (Experiment 2). Voluntary adduction-abduction movements of one arm in the horizontal plane discharge a reaction torque which would rotate the trunk in the direction opposite to arm acceleration. Rotation is impeded by muscular fixation chains that exert forces counterbalancing the reaction torque. We examined how two different fixation chains cooperate in stabilising the trunk during the above movements. Standing subjects (n = 6), with shoulders ante-flexed, performed cyclic adductions-abductions of the right arm (1.5 Hz) while grasping a fixed handle with the left hand. In this set-up, reaction torque is contrasted by: (1) a leg fixation chain, exerting on the ground a torque around the vertical axis (Tz), recorded by a force platform; and (2) a left arm fixation chain, exerting on the handle a force in the medial-lateral direction (Fh), recorded by a load cell. Subjects performed 20 trials (15 cycles each). It was found that Tz and Fh underwent sinusoidal changes at the same frequency as arm movements and contributed in counteracting the reaction torque. The intensity of the handle grip, monitored by EMG activity in the left Flexor Digitorum Superficialis, was changed from trial to trial and kept constant during each trial. As grip strength increased, Fh amplitude increased linearly while amplitude of Tz linearly decreased. In conclusion, voluntarily strengthening the handle grip progressively deviates the postural actions from the legs to the left arm. 相似文献

The brain’s frontal eye fields (FEF), responsible for eye movement control, are known to be involved in spatial working memory (WM).In a previous fMRI experiment (Wallentin, Roepstorff & Burgess, Neuropsychologia, 2008) it was found that FEF activation was primarily related to the formation of an object-centered, rather than egocentric, spatial reference frame. In this behavioral experiment we wanted to demonstrate a causal relationship between eye movement control and manipulation of spatial reference frames. Sixty-two participants recalled either spatial (“Was X in front of Y?”) or non-spatial (“Was X darker than Y?”) relations in a previously shown image containing two to four objects, each with an intrinsic orientation and unique luminance. During half of all recall trials a moving visual stimulus was presented, which participants had to ignore, thus suppressing eye movement. Response times were significantly slower for spatial relations with distraction while there was no effect on non-spatial relations. There was no effect on accuracy, i.e. WM maintenance. This is consistent with the hypothesis that in spatial representations the FEFs are involved in WM content manipulation, such as establishing an object-centered spatial frame of reference. 相似文献

摘 要 采用眼动方法,通过两个实验考察了不同视觉区域的OUP效应。结果显示:(1)当刺激材料分别平行呈现于左侧视觉区域和右侧视觉区域时,在右侧视觉区域产生了OUP效应,而在左侧视觉区域没有OUP效应,我们假设是由于左侧视觉区域首字母距离中央凹的不利位置影响了OUP效应的产生。(2)当垂直方向呈现刺激时,在两侧视觉区域均产生了明显的OUP效应,表明首字母距离中央凹处于有利位置时不会影响OUP效应的产生。实验结果支持了大脑左半球和右半球在词汇识别时的策略为系列加工,对左半球平行加工右半球系列加工的结论提出了质疑。 相似文献
