青少年的时间透视、应对方式与互联网使用的关系

通过问卷法调查了589名青少年(M=15 07,SD=1 37)的互联网使用状况。研究发现不同时间透视占优个体可以通过应对方式预测青少年的病理性互联网使用(Pathological Internet Use,PIU)。进一步说,青少年群体中存在的严重PIU是类似于物质使用的一种新的心理行为问题,但严重PIU可能具有不同于物质使用的某些特点,即现在定向占优个体比未来定向占优个体更容易感知到PIU,但不同时间定向占优个体都可能感知到PIU。研究证实青少年更多采用"问题解决"一种应对方式与较少使用"幻想、发泄"两种应对方式,有利于其受益互联网使用。     

Religious Congregations as Mediating Structures for Social Justice: a Multilevel Examination

Scholars in the field of community psychology have called for a closer examination of the mediating role that religious congregations serve in society, especially in relation to the promotion of social justice. The current study provides such an examination, offering a multilevel examination of religious individuals (n = 5,123) nested within religious congregations (n = 62) with a particular focus on how individual and congregational level variables (i.e. theological orientation, frequency of religious attendance, bonding and bridging social capital) predict individual prioritization of and participation in congregational social justice activities. Findings indicated that individual level theological orientation was associated with prioritization, and demographics and social capital bonding were associated with prioritization and participation. Furthermore, congregational bridging social capital was associated with the prioritization of justice, whereas congregational theological orientation moderated the associations between frequency of religious participation for both prioritization of and participation in congregational justice activities. These findings show that specific aspects of the congregational setting (i.e., congregational theological orientation) are important to the individual prioritization of and participation in social justice activities. These findings provide support for the role of religious congregations as mediating structures for social justice. Implications for future research are also discussed.     

青少年病理性互联网使用量表的编制与验证

参照国内外研究并结合我国青少年的实际情况,旨在编制出更适合我国情况的青少年病理性互联网使用量表（Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale,APIUS）。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的结果表明APIUS由6个维度构成,即突显性、耐受性、强迫性上网/戒断症状、心境改变、社交抚慰、消极后果。APIUS显示了良好的信、效度指标,可以作为我国青少年病理性互联网使用的测量工具     

青少年疏离感与病理性互联网使用的关系：家庭功能和同伴接纳的调节效应检验

通过对549名初一至高二年级城市青少年的问卷调查, 考察了青少年病理性互联网使用的特点及其与疏离感之间的关系, 并对家庭功能和同伴接纳是否可以调节疏离感与病理性互联网使用之间的关系进行了检验。结果发现：(1)在所有使用互联网的青少年被试中, 网络成瘾群体的检出率为8.93%; (2)女青少年病理性互联网使用的突显性水平高于男青少年。在病理性互联网使用的消极后果上, 初一青少年高于高一、初三和高二青少年。但青少年病理性互联网使用总体上不存在显著的性别和年级差异; (3)疏离感较高的青少年病理性互联网使用的水平也较高, 健康的家庭功能可以保护疏离感高的青少年减少病理性互联网使用, 但同伴接纳对高疏离感青少年减少病理性互联网使用不具有保护性作用。     

Murder: A psychotherapeutic investigation

This paper suggests that it is theoretically necessary and clinically useful to make a distinction between two types of psychic encapsulation within the broader literature. The proposed distinction, as it relates to these psychic structural manifestations, is illustrated here as applied to anorexia. The author suggests that psychic encapsulation is commonly encountered in work with anorexics, and that each type seems to imply a somewhat different therapeutic course. The distinction is made between anorexic patients who appear to display evidence of autistic/autistoid encapsulation as opposed to those who seem to manifest non-autistoid/later traumatic encapsulation – termed secondary adjunctive encapsulation in this paper. Defensive encapsulations are associated with pathological organisations of the personality – both within and beyond these structures, they exert an organising power over central mental processes. Psychic encapsulation and pathological organisations are defensive structural developments – the result of psychic trauma. Clinical material from three cases is presented to illustrate the arguments.     

The influence of social interaction on the dynamics of employees’ psychological contracting in digitally transforming organizations

ABSTRACT

This paper takes a process perspective in exploring the influence of social interaction on the dynamics of psychological contracting throughout organizational change. Although social interaction is a key focus in social exchange theory, this aspect is largely overlooked in the current psychological contract literature. In this qualitative study, we adopt a retrospective design, asking change recipients to recollect events over time in the context of digital transformation in Dutch travel organizations. Our data reveal a sequence of different kinds of social interactions over the course of a change process, from collective-focused interactions (i.e., kindness and sharing) in stable contracts to transactional interactions (i.e., “what is in it for me”) following psychological contract disruption, to relational interactions (i.e., vigilance about equity in social exchange) in psychological contract repair, and to a final return to resonance and alignment with others and a return to psychological contract maintenance. Our results suggest that social interactions play a more potent role in the dynamics of psychological contracting than is currently recognized in the literature. Finally, we discuss a number of implications for dynamic models of psychological contracting.
