医学伦理落实临床实践的理论进路思考——一次学术会议中学者们的声音

医学伦理学理论付诸实践时,面临诸多深层次伦理问题,这些问题影响医学伦理学理论的落实与落地。2024年7月6日,在山西晋中召开“医学伦理学实践中的前沿问题”学术会议,与会学者们认为,关注个人伦理向整体伦理研究范式的转变、关注“伦理决策”中的情与境、重视伦理效应和责任伦理研究转向、探索医疗实践中伦理冲突的解决之道、克服医学伦理学教学与实践的脱离问题五大议题是当前医学伦理学研究应关注的重点问题,对医学伦理学理论研究进路的深度思考有助于切实解决临床实践问题,拓宽道德主义立场解决问题的视域,促进医学伦理落地临床。     

高职院校教师职业压力的初步研究

本研究采用自编压力问卷和SCL-90问卷对397名高职院校教师进行测验,发现高职院校男女教师在总体职业压力方面并无显著差异,中青年组教师压力最大,各项压力因子与心理健康状况存在显著相关。根据调查结果,本文探讨了高职院校教师压力的原因与对策。     

Does Forced Sexual Contact Have Criminogenic Effects?

Abstract

According to derailment theory, tactics girls and women use to survive a history of abuse, strategies shaped by their abuse, and societal reactions to it estrange them from non-deviant social networks and situations and increase the likelihood of criminal offending and the application of criminal labels. This process is self-reinforcing, with interactions of substance abuse, sexual deviance, criminal offending, and social control constraining choices through alienation and stigmatization. In short, a dynamic of cumulative disadvantage is set in place that puts some women at greater risk for involvement with the legal system. Empirical evaluation of this theory suggests that alienation from and marginal positions in pro-social networks have parallels in anti-social networks sufficient to decrease the likelihood of criminal offending and contact with crime control agencies.     

The Pedophile and the Pious

Abstract

This chapter is an attempt at providing heretofore unpublished and essential background information and historical understanding about clerical sexual abuse, which might allow some to contextualize differently the serious problem in the Roman Catholic and other faith based communities in the United States. Discussion indicates some variables that might provide researchers with clear markers for differentiation. Directions for future research are discussed.     

职业弹性对工作绩效和职业满意度影响的实证研究

摘要：职业弹性是指个体灵活应对变化的职业环境甚至是逆境的职业能力。在控制无关变量及同一方法偏差的基础上,本文考察了职业弹性的不同维度对其后效变量的影响。通过对某信息集团下属的59家电子相关企业中的324位管理人员的问卷调查,结果表明职业弹性会影响个体的工作绩效和职业满意度,管理者的职业弹性越高,其工作绩效越高、职业满意度也越高。     

幼师生职业决策自我效能感问卷的初步编制

以344名幼儿师范学校的学生为被试,检验了自编《幼师生职业决策自我效能感问卷》的信效度,同时考察了幼师生职业决策自我效能感的特点。结果显示:(1)《幼师生职业决策自我效能感问卷》具有良好的结构效度和效标效度;(2)对幼师生职业决策自我效能感的方差分析发现,生源地与年级的主效应不显著;(3)喜欢幼师专业与否的主效应显著,平均数比较发现,喜欢幼师专业的学生在职业决策自我效能感及其五个维度上的得分都显著地高于不喜欢幼师专业的学生;(4)生源地与年级、生源地与对幼师专业的兴趣以及年级与对幼师专业的兴趣的交互作用均不显著。     

The impact of career boundarylessness on subjective career success: The role of career competencies, career autonomy, and career insecurity

Based on the theoretical frameworks of the career enactment and the stress perspectives, this study develops and tests a model in which career boundarylessness affects subjective career success through its effect on three career competencies—knowing-why, knowing-how, and knowing-whom—and career autonomy and career insecurity. The results provided empirical support for the importance of career autonomy, career insecurity, and the development of knowing-why and knowing-how competencies in the successful pursuit of a boundaryless career. The implications of these findings are discussed.     

Learning Psychoanalysis: A Classification Based on Students' Learning Trajectories

This study was undertaken in an effort to sharpen selection procedures and improve faculty response to the learning needs of students. Eschewing a traditional anticipatory approach in determining suitability for training, the authors undertook a retrospective study to investigate the learning trajectories of candidates. A learning trajectory is defined as the particular way individuals learn, or fail to learn, as they advance through an Institute's training program. The database of this study grew out of the authors' experience with students in classrooms, in supervision, and from discussions about them in Progression, Selection, and The Evaluation of Learning committees. Realizing the reductionism of categorizing a highly complex and diverse group of individuals, the authors, nonetheless, found that candidates tended to group into five rather distinct categories. This paper discusses in detail the characteristics of these five categories and suggests ways in which this grouping may help in both selection and in planning more effective training for candidates. The authors are fully aware that this study has impressionistic qualities and warrants more rigorous research methods, but hope that it will arouse interest in other psychoanalytic centers and stimulate studies to corroborate, refine, or reject the conclusions reached by this group.     

虚假医药广告问题与对策

夸大其词、耸人听闻的虚假广告给人民群众造成了巨大的身心伤害,对社会的侵害与污染极为严重。这些非法广告之所以存在,一方面是相关法律法规制定不完善和执行不严格,一方面是医药卫生领域和广告传媒领域职业道德的缺失。医药信息关系群众的生命安全,所以清除带有虚假成分的医药广告刻不容缓。
