对我国医疗鉴定的思考与探讨

我国医疗事故鉴定具有很强的行政色彩,违反了诉讼法的基本规则,兼之医疗事故鉴定委员会在人员组成上有明显不足,导致对患者程序与实体上的不公正,其危害甚大。立足完善,认为对待医疗事故鉴定应突出其证据材料的法律性质,明确其非经质证和认证不得适用,同时探讨了改革医疗事故鉴定委员会的组成与设置。审理医疗事故纠纷是鉴定不能一概而论。     

Early adolescent health risk behaviors, conflict resolution strategies, and school climate

Drawing upon an ethnically and socio-economically diverse sample of 323 7th grade students from twelve urban schools within one school district, this mixed method study examined early adolescents' self-reported health risk behaviors as related to their conflict resolution strategies and their school's conflict resolution climate. Survey data suggested that early adolescents who reported using more cooperative and fewer aggressive conflict resolution strategies also reported to engage in fewer personal health risk behaviors. Reported engagement in fewer behavioral risks also was associated with attending schools with more supportive “conflict resolution climates.” Serial small group interviews in selected schools indicated that conflict resolution climate quality was associated with how well teachers were perceived to respond to students' conflicts and how they managed teacher–student conflicts. In addition, many students in less supportive climates exhibited cynical attitudes regarding the viability of the conflict resolution strategies promoted by schools and prevention programs.     

Multiple family groups for adult cancer survivors and their families: a 1-day workshop model

With marked advances in early detection and aggressive multimodality treatment, many adult cancers are now associated with good prognoses for disease-free survival. A burgeoning literature examining posttreatment quality-of-life issues has highlighted the numerous challenges experienced by patients and families in the aftermath of cancer treatment, further underscoring a need for new family-based psychosocial support interventions for cancer survivors and their families. This paper describes the clinical protocol for one such intervention, a 1-day "workshop" version of a multiple family group (MFG) for head and neck cancer survivors and their families. Data are reported from our experiences in running five 1-day workshops. Families uniformly reported that they were highly satisfied with their MFG participation, leading us to conclude that the abbreviated 1-day MFG model we are advocating is a promising family-focused support intervention for cancer survivors and their families.     

高二学生情绪调节方式与父母反应方式的关系

以自我决定理论为理论依据,对500名高二学生进行问卷调查,采用结构方程模型的统计方法分析了在悲伤、害怕、生气三种情绪条件下,父亲、母亲的反应方式与高二男生、女生情绪调节方式之间的两种关系模型。模型比较结果显示,父、母反应方式对高二年级青少年情绪调节方式的预测作用小于高二年级青少年情绪调节方式对其父、母反应方式的预测作用,这一点在女生身上更为突出;高二年级青少年的情绪调节方式与其父母反应方式之间的关系表现出了性别差异;在不同情绪条件下,高二年级青少年的情绪调节方式对父母反应方式的预测关系表现出了一致性;父亲、母亲对高二学生消极情绪调节方式的反应也表现出了一致性。     

格式塔理论在医学影像学诊断中的作用

现代心理学格式塔理论强调对整体的认识,认为意识不等于感觉元素的集合,整体不等于部分之和。本文介绍几种格式塔视觉知觉原理如图形与背景关系及一系列组织原则（闭合性、相似性、接近性、共同区域、连续性及对称性）及其在医学影像学诊断中的应用,医学影像学医师可以在诊断上尽量少犯错误。     

《黄帝内经》时间医学思想对急性心肌梗死时间节律的解释

《黄帝内经》“天人相应”理论比较完备地奠定了中医关于人体生物节律知识的基础,强调人体自然节律与四季日月昼夜节律之间的密切关系。在急性心肌梗死发病呈现显著的时间节律特征,以中医时间学理论进行解释,充分掌握急性心肌梗死发病的规律性,指导高危人群合理作息,减少急性心梗的发生。     

心理治疗与普通医疗的平等性

心理治疗与普通医疗的平等性是美国心理健康服务系统面临的一个主要政策问题,强调健康保险应为心理健康和物质滥用障碍提供与普通医疗相同的承保范围。近20年来,平等性立法在美国得到了较快发展,并取得了一定效果。但由于立法本身存在的局限性及心理健康服务需求与提供双方的多重因素影响,平等性立法的实施及对其效果的评估仍存在一定困难。借鉴平等性立法的经验,得出了一些关于我国心理健康服务发展的启示。     

大学生信任倾向对社会适应的影响

本研究通过对129名大学生的信任倾向和社会适应的研究,考察了大学生的信任倾向对社会适应的影响。研究结果显示,信任倾向与社会适应的各个指标之间显著相关,即信任倾向越高,个体的人际适应、自我适应与情绪适应就越好。而且信任倾向能够直接预测自我适应,并通过自我适应的中介间接影响人际适应和情绪适应。     

Formative evaluation of the transition to postgraduate study for counselling and psychotherapy training: Students' perceptions of assignments and academic writing

Background: Transition to postgraduate study has received little attention and it is often assumed that little adjustment is needed. Focus: This article focuses on the academic writing aspect of the transition to postgraduate study for counselling and psychotherapy students on a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)‐accredited course. Method: A two‐year formative evaluation was used to elicit students' views on how they experienced the transition to postgraduate study, and to identify what was most and least helpful to students in managing this transition. Results: The findings showed that there was a significant transition, which 63% of students found difficult. Timetabled and integrated, subject specific, academic support is recommended to assist students with their learning needs.     

医学生情绪调节方式的干预实验

采用《情绪调节习惯问卷》对某医大296名大二学生进行调查。选取其中情绪调节方式较为单一的34名学生进行干预实验,再用《情绪调节习惯问卷》和《大学生一般学业情绪问卷》考察干预效果。结果表明,医学生四种情绪调节方式（包括忽视、重视、抑制、宣泄）的使用较为均衡。实验组增加了对负性情绪的宣泄和抑制策略,其焦虑、厌烦和愉快学业情绪发生了积极转变;记忆组改善了记忆策略的同时其焦虑、羞愧和兴趣学业情绪发生了积极转变。说明情绪调节策略训练和记忆策略训练均可使医学生一些学业情绪发生积极转变,但前者效果较优。
