Nucleation of intermetallic compounds and of voids at interfaces during reactive diffusion is treated with account of influence of the flux divergence in the nucleation regions of the real space as an additional term for drift in the size space (in Fokker–Planck equation for nucleation). Such approach enables the construction of effective Gibbs nucleation barrier which may (in the broad region of parameters) increase to infinity meaning the full suppression of nucleation, or, by the contrast, decrease assisting the nucleation. The introduced effective nucleation barriers depend on kinetic factors – on the ratio of diffusivities in nucleating and in neighboring phases. Thus, the competition of stable and metastable phases is reconsidered, as well as nucleation of Kirkendall/Frenkel voids at the interfaces.  相似文献

该研究通过词汇判断作业考察了中文双字合成词的心理表征问题。目标刺激为高频透明、高频不透明、低频透明、低频不透明词各12个和48个假词,被试任务为即既又准的判断目标刺激是否是一个词。结果发现,高频词的词汇判断速度快于低频词,透明词的词汇判断速度快于不透明词,词频和语义透明度有显著的交互作用。透明度对低频词的识别所起的作用大于对高频词的识别所起的作用。  相似文献

A screw dislocation in strontium titanate has been studied taking benefit of negative spherical aberration-imaging in a spherical aberration-corrected transmission electron microscope. The core structure of the dislocation is atomically resolved with respect to both cation and oxygen columns by the inclusion of the central core area. The dislocation core is characterized by a helical distortion of the lattice planes, which leads, in particular, to azimuthally elongated image dots associated with individual atomic columns close to the core centre. The atomic coordination in the dislocation core is identified and a high density of atom vacancies is revealed for a Ti–O column at the core.  相似文献

Precession electron diffraction (PED) has been carried out on a fully ordered Fe–40at.%Al solid solution in order to explore its suitability for determining the state of order. The integrated intensity ratio of a superlattice reflection with respect to a fundamental reflection was measured as a function of the sample thickness and the results are well fitted by dynamical simulations. It is proposed that, in addition to conventional X-ray diffraction, PED may provide access to the state of order at microscopic and nanoscopic scales.  相似文献

Quasi-two-dimensional palladium nanoparticles with an average lateral dimension of 7 nm have been prepared by reduction of a PdCl2 graphite intercalation compound precursor by lithium-diphenylide in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature. Selected-area electron diffraction patterns provide evidence that the palladium nanoparticles are hcp single-crystal particles. Owing to the template effect of the graphite lattice, the lattice parameter of palladium was found to have a strong relation with the graphite, and a 3a graphite superstructure was inferred. The palladium structure is rotated by 30o with regard to the carbon host lattice. Raman spectroscopy on this sample showed that a charge transfer between carbon and palladium occurs. The sample can be considered as a common Pd-graphite intercalation compound with palladium nanoparticles as guest. This behaviour is different from palladium nanoparticles prepared by hydrogen reduction at higher temperatures from the same precursor material. These particles may represent an early stage of nanoparticle formation.  相似文献
