中学心理学教师健全人格结构的研究

本研究采用调查分析法,从中学校长和中学生对心理学教师人格特征期望的视角,来探讨师范大学如何培养具有健全人格的心理学教师,建构心理学教师人格结构模型。结果表明,中学心理学教师健全人格结构包括:教师职业理想,教师态度品质,积极情感品质和坚强的意志品质。     

初中生元认知阅读策略训练效应的实验研究

采用对比实验的方法,运用自编的元认知阅读策略训练教程对重点中学和普通中学的初二学生进行了训练。结果表明:(1)对初中生进行元认知阅读策略训练能有效地提高其阅读理解成绩;(2)对普通中学初中生进行元认知阅读策略训练的效果优于对重点中学初中生进行训练的效果。     

有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入矫正高度近视术后7年随访结果分析

为了评估有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术矫治高度近视的有效性、预测性及安全性,选择高度近视患者27例50眼,观察术前及术后的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、屈光度、内皮细胞计数、眼内压及并发症。7年随访结果发现,裸眼视力明显优于术前裸眼视力,12％最佳矫正视力比术前最佳矫正视力多看1行或多行。术后1个月角膜内皮计数较术前丢失4．12％,但术后3年、7年随访角膜内皮计数同术后1个月无统计学差异。随访中所有患者均未出现严重并发症。因此,该手术方法在高度近视的矫治中安全、有效、可预测。     

肺微小浸润腺癌及浸润前病变HRCT影像特征

为总结肺微小浸润腺癌(MIA)、原位腺癌(AIS)及不典型腺瘤样增生(AAH)结节的HRCT影像特征,回顾性收集43例术前2周内行HRCT检查、经胸腔镜切除、组织病理学证实的50个肺结节,分析结节大小、成分及内部特征.结果显示所有AAH表现为纯磨玻璃结节(pGGN),且≤1.0cm,空气支气管征未见,空泡征少见;86％AIS表现为pGGN,71％的AIS≤1.0cm,且空泡征常见(相对于AAH);95％的MIA表现为混合磨玻璃结节(mGGN),其余为实性结节,90％的MIA＞1.0cm,空气支气管征常见(相对于AIS).因此结节的大小、成分、空泡征及空气支气管征在一定程度上有助于MIA、AIS及AAH的鉴别.     

普通高中实施选修课的心理认可度及其影响因素——基于宁波市教师与学生群体的调查分析

以宁波市三种类型六所普通中学为样本,以学生群体和教师群体为对象,采用问卷评定法,以心理认可度为指标,探讨了普通中学师生对于实施选修课制度的主观评价及其相关因素.结果发现：整体而言,学生和任课教师对宁波市普通高中实施选修课的心理认可度较高;存在的主要问题,是学生对选修课学习效果的认可度较低,而教师对学校开展选修课的教学条件的认可度较低,且认为实施选修课制度的外部阻力较大;特色类和融通类学校落实选修课制度的观念性阻力较大;中老年教师对开设选修课的适应性较低.进一步完善选修课制度,需要从教师、学校和政府三个方面形成合力,共同推动旨在促进学生个性化发展的选修课制度的健康发展.     

The Judas Within: A Look at the Sexual Abuse Crisis in the Catholic Church

Drawing from normal accident theory, high reliability theory, and systems theory, we analyze the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People that is promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in response to the sexual abuses of minors by clergy members. Although the Charter is a step in the right direction, there remain some areas that require immediate attention. In spite of the goodwill processes, the safety of minors must remain the concerted efforts and responsibilities of individuals at all the various levels if the Catholic Church is to prevent further cases of abuse from happening.     

Women Creating Public Art and Community, 2000–2014

This narrative describes a series of 15 short‐term public art projects that were part of a program for women and girls in Lowell, Massachusetts, a mid‐size city in the United States. The projects were designed to give public space to women’s stories and perspectives by exhibiting their creative art in response to suggested themes. A few thousand women and girls representing diverse age and cultural groups created art based on their lived experiences. The organizers of the program met people in comfortable settings, tailored their art‐making approaches to particular groups, and used inclusive processes in developing and executing the program. Program successes and challenges were related to the organizational structure of the art projects, the annual themes and art media, the extent of outreach and support, the process of creation, and the impact of art exhibits. Using community psychology and feminist frameworks, authors reflect on the projects and their relevance across contexts, highlight key organizing strategies, and identify ways the project represents community psychology in action.     

Design of high entropy alloys based on the experience from commercial superalloys

High entropy alloys (HEAs) have been drawing increasing attention recently and gratifying results have been obtained. However, the existing metallurgic rules of HEAs could not provide specific information of selecting candidate alloys for structural applications. Our brief survey reveals that many commercial superalloys have medium and even to high configurational entropies. The experience of commercial superalloys provides a clue for helping us in the development of HEAs for structural applications.
