英国是福利型社会保障制度的国家,它的医疗保障制度有力地保障了国民的生命健康,而且在医疗消费方面体现了相对公平的原则,同时存在一些不足的地方。英国医疗保障制度有很多值得中国借鉴的地方,对中国卫生体制改革具有重要的启示作用。     

新型农村合作医疗制度评估——以江苏省海安县为例

阐述了新型农村合作医疗的基本制度规定,包括资金来源、办理程序、就诊规定、补偿办法、组织机构以及基金监督,并在制度的框架内对新型农村合作医疗进行了评析,通过对152名农民的问卷调查,了解农民对新型农村合作医疗的基本评价,对农民参与新型农村合作医疗的吸引和排斥因素进行分析。     

中部崛起背景下的城市社区卫生服务主要影响因素研究

通过武汉市中心城区社区卫生服务的实证调研,多因素分析和建模,寻求影响中部地区城市社区卫生服务的主导因素,在此基础上提出若干可行的政策建议,旨在为管理决策、促进社区卫生服务及构筑新型城市卫生服务体系等提供信息支持服务。

慢性乙型肝炎是我国常见的慢性传染病之一,严重危害人民健康.围绕着乙型肝炎的防治,带来巨大的经济负担,已成为不可忽视的社会问题.在慢性乙型肝炎-肝硬化-HCC的发生发展过程中,HBV病毒载量起着重要的作用,抗病毒治疗是目前治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效手段.因此,要重视和规范抗病毒治疗.     

Maternal aggression as a model for acute social stress in the rat: A behavioral-electrocardiographic study

Maternal aggression of lactating rats was used to induce acute social stress in a resident-intruder paradigm. Behavioral and electrocardiographic responses of male intruders were simultaneously recorded. Cardiac electrical activity was measured by means of a telemetry system which ensured preservation of intruder's behavioral repertoire. Behavioral response to maternal attack was evaluated in terms of percent time spent in passive/submissive (p/s) and active/non-submissive (a/ns) patterns. This allowed us to classify the intruders as submissive, non-submissive, and intermediates. During the test, a significant decrease of average R-R interval (R-R) compared to baseline conditions and the occurrence of arrythmias of different nature were found. Ventricular arrhythmias, including premature ventricular beats and ventricular tachycardias, were present in all the intruders while R-R fluctuations and II degree atrioventricular (A-V) blocks only appeared in submissive and intermediate rats. Most ventricular arrhythmias occurred within the upper range of heart rate and were preceded by periods of low R-R variability. These electrocardiographic events were temporally associated with a/ns behavioral patterns and were related to an increased prevalence of sympathetic activity. On the other hand, R-R fluctuations and II degree A-V blocks preceded by high R-R variability were synchronized with p/s behavior and were ascribed to a predominant inhibitory effect of vagal activation which becomes more pronounced as the level of sympathetic activity increases. © 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.

面孔识别功能模型认为,面部表情识别与面孔身份识别是两条独立的并行路径。以往诸多研究者都认可并遵循二者分离的原则。但近期研究表明,面部表情识别与面孔身份识别存在交互作用。首先总结和分析已有的面部表情识别的研究成果,评述神经心理学与认知神经科学研究中的论争,然后介绍人脸知觉的分布式神经机制以及相关的实验证据,最后提出面部表情识别与面孔身份识别的多级整合模型,并展望研究前景。

经济伦理范畴及其体系的研究,应从市场经济的伦理定位切入,以经济人的抽象为基石,劳动和资本作为贯穿整个体系的一条主线,自由、公平是市场经济运行的基本机制,竞争、诚信则是市场经济运行的根本保证,利益是整个体系的核心。     

廖平对《春秋》经的认识

廖平对《春秋》经的认识,有前后两个阶段的变化。在廖平的经学史研究阶段,认为《春秋》是孔子所制作的“经”,包含了孔子的“素王制作”之义,即为后世的“一王之法”;在其经学理论的建构时期,《春秋》经被廖平作为其建构孔经“人学”的经典。事实上,《春秋经》廖平的孔经天人体系中只不过是一种工具符号,且随着廖平经学理论的变化,被不断地赋予不同的功能。     

MICHAEL POLANYI'S DARING EPISTEMOLOGY AND THE HUNGER FOR TELEOLOGY

Abstract. The linking of Michael Polanyi's name with a center (now changed to another name) at Baylor University that espoused intelligent‐design theory calls for examination of Polanyi's teleology. This examination attempts to put Polanyi's epistemology in the perspective of his total philosophical work by looking at the clarification of teleology in philosophy of biology and in the framework of three major features of Polanyi's thought: open and truth‐oriented, purposive but open to truth, and transcendent yet intelligible. The conclusion is that Polanyi would not support intelligent design according to the nature of his own theory.
