组织诚信:超越个体品德的组织伦理和行为

由于市场经济活动中的交易行为更多是组织层面的行为,企业组织诚信相比较于个体诚信来说对社会公众就具有更广泛和更普遍的影响。本文辨析了组织诚信与个体诚信的异同,指出组织诚信是组织作为社会环境中的道德行为者,自觉遵守商业经营的一系列价值和伦理规则。文章揭示了组织诚信的作用,以及它成为组织战略性资产的定位,并进一步提出了建设组织诚信的基本路径。     

知情不同意

自主原则是医学伦理学的基本原则之一,自主权是患者的基本权利.从临床实践出发,分析了患者知情后拒绝治疗的自主选择与其他利益相冲突的情况,总结了医生尊重患者自主权利的伦理条件,对指导临床实践具有一定的现实意义.     

我国人体临床试验和研究中有关伦理审查的若干问题

目前我国对涉及人体的临床试验与研究进行伦理审查时,存在的主要问题是:(1)对伦理审查的目的、意义不是足够清楚;(2)伦理委员会的构成不符合要求,缺少独立性;(3)有盲目运用伦理准则或方法,忽视文化、心理的差异的倾向.这些影响了伦理审查的效用,需要有针对性地加以改进.     

我国医疗卫生改革中的伦理缺席

“中国的医疗卫生体制改革从总体上说是不成功的”结论的发表在社会上引发了对卫生改革的种种议论,从卫生改革的设计、实施和评估三方面论述了由于政府的缺位和伦理学的缺席,将卫生改革引向功利主义的死胡同,使得卫生改革背离了公正的目标而导致失败。但退回计划经济体制下的办医模式同样没有出路,在今后的深化改革中,必须强调医学目的,贯彻以人为本的指导思想,加大政府的投入,围绕公正目标,建立覆盖全民的医疗保障体制。     

Thwarting the renewal (relapse) of conditioned fear with the explicitly unpaired procedure: Possible interpretations and implications for treating human fears and phobias

In three experiments using the barpress conditioned suppression task with albino rats, we studied the renewal (relapse) of conditioned fear in an ABA fear-renewal paradigm. We found that explicitly unpaired (EU) deliveries of conditioned stimuli (CSs) and unconditioned stimuli (USs) in Context B thwarted fear renewal in Context A. Evidence contraindicated a suggestion by Rauhut, Thomas, and Ayres (2001) that US habituation plays a key role in this effect. For example, renewal was thwarted only when EU CSs and USs were intermingled rather than given in succession. The possibility that EU treatments thwart renewal by creating a CS that inhibits fear in the test context also received no support. Thus, summation and retardation tests in Context A found no evidence that the EU CS became inhibitory, finding instead evidence for a residual excitation. Other possible interpretations of the results and some implications for clinical practice are noted.     

婚前体检的责任伦理思考

新的婚姻登记管理条例修改实施后,婚前体检率大幅度下降.婚检率的下降导致一系列社会问题出现,针对这些社会问题,政府、婚姻双方当事人都应从责任伦理角度承担起应负的责任,共同担负起保证人口素质提高的历史重任.     

Grey Matter: Ambiguities and Complexities of Ethics in Research

Ethical dilemmas are often not discussed in the dissemination of educational research. While the ethical guidelines for research seem clear at first glance, a closer look at the intimate nature of qualitative research reveals that there are many ambiguities or ‘grey’ areas where researchers must rely on their personal value systems. This article discusses the challenges faced by an experienced educator, although novice researcher, in considering the ethical parameters of her own research with adolescents with hearing loss. In particular, the grey ethical areas identified by the researcher include: (a) vulnerable population; (b) researcher role confusion; (c) consent; (d) privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity; as well as (e) the nature of risk. Based on the author’s own reflections on beginning the research process, the article presents possible pitfalls and ways of overcoming the possibility of becoming immobilized by the ethical enigmas of research.     

伦理关怀与社区管理

社会结构在变化 ,我们的思想理念及社会有效管理也必须随之变化。社区是社会公民生养栖息的主要场所 ,又是一定生活群体的精神共同体的培养凝聚基地 ,更重要的是社区在现代已发展为社会管理中新的基层平台。伦理关怀在社区管理中的更多介入 ,在探索新的社会管理模式方面 ,尤其在凝聚整合社会向心力方面发挥着重要作用。     

论廉政的伦理内涵

廉政属于伦理范畴和道德规范。文中从“廉”“政”的语义入手,阐述了“廉政”的伦理内涵,探讨了“廉政”伦理内涵的层次。     

不同道德评价取向对企业道德决策的预测作用

本研究基于Hunt和Vitell（1986）所提出的市场营销领域的道德通用理论模型,随机选取129名MBA学生为被试,采用Reidenbach和Robin的多维道德量表和情景研究法,旨在考察个体在应对企业决策中的道德问题时,不同道德评价取向对道德决策（整体性道德判断和道德意图阶段）的预测作用。结果表明：1）与对道德判断的单项目测量相比,多维道德量表对道德意图具有高的预测效度;2）道德公平、功利主义和契约主义对整体道德判断具有显著的预测作用;3）道德公平和相对主义对自我和他人道德意图具有显著预测作用。
