制度化建设推动医学人文走进临床

人文关怀是医学实践的核心精神,是医学“以人为本”的思维模式、道德观念、精神价值的具体体现,它与医药卫生制度化建设密切相关,已成为我国当代医学发展的核心议题之一。简介了北京北亚骨科医院多年来对医学人文与医疗实际相结合的探索经验,从社会发展需求、医院制度化建设、医生道德行为培养三个层面进行了探索性的尝试,对举办研修班、创建急救绿色通道、医风十大禁令、患者满意度评价、数字化信息建设、常态化义诊、师承式教育模式、特色诊疗体系、慈善活动等取得的成绩进行了总结和介绍。     

The glow of Telesphoros: a brief enquiry into the sense of the term ‘mana personality’ and the dynamic of experiences behind it

In this article, I begin by outlining the qualities and attributes associated with experiences of mana, focusing particularly on the way the term ‘mana’ was used by C.G. Jung in his published work. I note that Jung associated mana with the accumulation and transfer of psychic energy (libido), with the appearance and appropriation of elemental fire, and by extension, with the metamorphic experience of constellating consciousness. In this context, informed by Jung’s accounts and modes of expression, the term mana personality becomes a provisional designation for a recurrent dynamic of archetypal experiential configurations whose telos appears to be the reorientation of consciousness to its origin.     

健康传播的二元视阈探析：科学传播视阈与医学人文视阈

从西方语境中健康传播的缘起与发展的梳理研究入手,对健康传播的两个主要田野：媒介田野以及医疗机构田野进行系统分析。并在此研究基础上,对缘起于不同田野的健康传播及其视阈进行比较分析,由此进一步提出健康传播的二元分析视阈：科学传播视阈与医学人文视阈。最后,结合中国当下健康传播研究的现状,对不同视阈下的健康传播进行分析,以探求中国当下的健康传播研究是否存在偏差,以期最终推动健康传播的系统化与建制化快速发展。

     

临床医学新趋势：语言作为一种治疗工具的复兴

在履践生物心理社会医学模式中,语言具有不可替代的重要作用。现代医疗设备和仪器的高度发达使医生逐渐脱离了患者;技术主体化倾向使医生的语言功能逐渐地退化,语言能力的欠缺不仅影响医患关系,也直接影响疾病的治疗效果。因此,履践语言的临床复兴,务必掌握语言的艺术、沟通的技巧,以建立和谐稳固的医疗环境和医患关系,良好的语言是缓解患者痛苦的有效良方,在当今诸多医学及复杂社会因素的影响下,语言作为一种治疗工具必将成为临床医疗的新趋势。     

Scaling of stacking fault energy and deformation temperature on strain hardening of FCC metals and alloys

The strain-hardening behaviour of metals and alloys are significantly affected by the dynamic recovery process, the rate of which can be increased by increases in deformation temperature and/or stacking fault energy (SFE). In the present work, the decay slope of the strain-hardening rate with flow stress as a function of both temperature and stacking fault energy is quantitatively evaluated for several face-centered cubic metals and alloys. A universal and quantitative approach to the scaling of the effects of temperature and stacking fault energy on strain-hardening behaviour is developed, which could be useful for predicting deformation behaviour or for material design.     

The personal life of the behavior analyst

The human species faces crises of critical proportions. Excessive population, global warming, and the anticipated descent from peak fossil-fuel extraction promise to change our future in far-reaching ways. Operant conditioning prepares the individual for a world similar to the selecting past, but our world is changing more rapidly than our adaptation. As individuals, we cannot make substantial changes in the world at large because we do not control enough reinforcers, but we can turn to the sources of our personal behavior and manipulate them. We will need help. Better organized social networks and the self-management techniques they support can promote immediate changes in consumption at home, work, and moving about in our personal worlds. Surprisingly, consuming less can lead to more satisfying and happier lives, but a better understanding of reinforcement contingencies is necessary. We can recover the strengthening effects of personal daily accomplishments that are eroded when conditioned generalized reinforcers intervene. When we get our own personal lives in order we can reduce our carbon footprints, restore the connections between our behavior and its strengthening effects, and become models worthy of imitation.     

临床药学生人文教育现状与反思

为了探讨临床药学生人文课程设置必要性,为临床药学专业建设提出建议,考察了临床药师人文素质情况,分析临床药学专业课程设置。结果显示,临床药师在实际工作中表现出人文底蕴不足,且对自身人文素质并不满意,我国临床药学专业人文课程设置不理想,因此,临床药学生需加强人文素质培养,人文课程设置十分重要。     

Counselling and psychotherapy,complementary and alternative medicine and the future of healthcare

The counselling and psychotherapy profession is undergoing considerable change as a result of government intervention in the form of regulation, funding and efficacy research. In this paper we argue that these changes, even though they challenge some of the basic ways of thinking which have come to underpin the profession since its inception, also offer an opportunity to stimulate debate and thought in regard to how the profession might contribute to the development of healthcare systems in the future. We argue that this could be enhanced if therapists can learn from the experience of practitioners in the field of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), which has been experiencing similar changes in recent years. Indeed, both fields of clinical activity adopt many similar underlying clinical principles and, according to Samuels (2001), have similar political outlooks. With reference to anthroposophic psychotherapy which, as well as being a form of psychotherapy, is also part of a ‘whole systems’ approach to CAM, we will examine those characteristics of psychotherapy and CAM that can inform the thinking of healthcare systems as a whole.     

Electrical properties of thin films of a-Ga x Te100− x composed of nanoparticles

Thin films of Ga _x Te_{100? x} (x?=?3, 6, 9 and 12) have been synthesized by thermal evaporation. From SEM images, it is observed that all the films contain nanoparticles of sizes varying from 100 to 200?nm. The dc electrical conductivity of the as-deposited films of Ga _x Te_100?x nanoparticles is measured as a function of temperature range from 298 to 383?K, and increases exponentially with temperature. The value of the activation energy, calculated from the slope of ln?σ _dc versus 1000/T plots, is found to decrease with increase in the Ga content. On the basis of the value of the pre-exponential factor σ _o, it is suggested that the conduction is due to thermally assisted tunneling of carriers in localized states near the band edges. The optical measurements suggest an indirect optical band gap in this system. The value of the optical band gap decreases on increasing the Ga concentration.
