A prework paired-task assessment was evaluated for identifying work preferences among 3 adults with autism beginning a supported job. When the workers began the job, choices were provided between more and less preferred tasks (determined by previous assessment). Results supported the assessment for identifying single task preferences, but did not reveal preferences of 2 workers for alternate tasks. Results are discussed in terms of evaluating other prework assessments that may reveal task-alternation preferences.  相似文献

In order to improve the spelling performance of high school students with deficits in written expression, an error self-correction procedure was implemented. The participants were two tenth-grade students and one twelfth-grade student in a program for individuals with learning disabilities. Using an alternating treatments design, the effect of error self-correction was compared with a more traditional method of spelling practice. The intervention and follow-up phases were implemented over a 6-week period with maintenance checks conducted 4 and 8 weeks after the termination of instruction. Results indicated that the error self-correction procedure was superior to the traditional method of review during the intervention and follow-up phases, but some gains were lost during the maintenance phase.  相似文献

在医疗决策领域,相对于共享决策,还有代理决策、支持决策两个SDM概念。系统回顾与比较了三种SDM决策类型的概念起源、定义特征及应用领域,同时梳理了三种概念之间的层次关系及内涵异同。三种SDM都是在“以患者为中心”文化驱动下的医疗决策类型,但其适用人群不同,且存在一定的隶属关系。基于中西方文化背景差异,进一步探讨了三种SDM概念对我国医疗决策实践的启示与建议,旨在为我国医疗决策工作的完善与提高提供更多依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the results of published studies in which physical activity has been performed by patients with panic disorder. Several case studies of apparent exercise-induced panic attacks were found. However, in field studies that involved ambulatory monitoring of panic disorder patients only 1 of 91 panic attacks that were monitored actually occurred while the test subject was engaged in moderately intense physical activity. Moreover, only five panic attacks occurred in association with 444 exercise bouts performed by 420 panic disorder patients in laboratory settings despite the fact that exercise induces somatic signs and symptoms of anxiety. Thus, the weight of the published evidence shows that acute physical activity does not provoke panic attacks in panic disorder patients.  相似文献

This study examined quantitative and qualitative outcomes of service users’ perceptions of and satisfaction with a program having higher education and employment goals. In a one-group post-test design, 48 participants with various mental health diagnoses completed a quantitative questionnaire and 29 of those participated in qualitative focus groups. Participants identified positive and negative aspects of the program and provided recommendations for change. Results indicated that service users with higher education and employment goals benefit from a multi-faceted program that includes person-centered individualized care, concrete, goal-directed activities, practitioners who are compassionate and knowledgeable, and plans addressing setbacks and obstacles.  相似文献

循证实践正在成为西方心理治疗发展的主流方向。但如何理解循证实践的"证据"仍是见仁见智。部分社会大众甚至心理学专家仅将"循证"当作一种"修辞"或"时尚",顾名思义地界定"证据",或按主观信仰随意地选择与应用"证据"。文章以"证据"为研究焦点,试图建构系统理解"证据"的全面图景,探讨了心理治疗循证实践中关于"证据"的4个基本问题:(1)从历史考察与理论分析的视角出发,探讨了"心理治疗为什么需要证据";(2)从证据的类型范围、生产者及存在形式三个视角,描述了"心理治疗存在哪些证据";(3)从证据的科学程度、研究设计的严谨程度及解决实践问题的契合程度出发,阐述了"哪些证据才是好的证据";(4)从6个步骤推广证据及创新研究设计两个方面展开,分析了"在现实世界中如何推广与应用证据"。  相似文献

心理治疗服务的有效性得到研究证据支持,但在临床中采用循证实践很难。本文简介心理治疗循证实践的模式、研究成果和现状,分析工作中推行循证实践困难的原因,介绍一种新循证方式——循效施治。该方式能被整合到心理治疗中,以一种临床治疗师不感到胁迫的方式使其积极参与收集和反思证据的过程,并且允许其以创新方式将证据运用到实践中。  相似文献

The aim of this article is to describe and analyze how computer supported inquiry learning effects two secondary school students’ engagement in a literacy learning project. With comparative analysis of various sources of data we aim to understand what engagement is, how and why it changes over time and how changes in engagement are reflected in what learners do in an actual learning context. A set of methods was implemented that aimed at process-oriented analyses in a natural context of learning, that is, observations, interviews, content analysis of computer notes and an experience sampling questionnaire. The results show that even though the students had very different motivational tendencies in a traditional classroom, both of them showed progressive task engagement in this learning project. The data also illustrate how a technology supported environment can influence the way the students construct their goals and structure their activity. We conclude that multidimensional concepts, like engagement, have the potential to link the antecedents and consequences of how students behave, how they feel, and how they think, especially in the context of new pedagogical and technology-based learning environments.
