疼痛绝不仅仅只是一种感觉,它所包含的情感和认知成分与其感觉成分同等重要。任何一种形式的疼痛都有心理成分的参与,在其发生、发展的各个阶段都受到心理因素的影响。然而在日常生活中,很多人由于不了解疼痛的原理和影响,只把疼痛看做是疾病或组织损伤的提示信号,忽视了其对个体生理、心理乃至大脑功能的消极影响。因此,探索疼痛对心理的影响及其内在机制,有助于人们多方位地了解疼痛带给人们的消极作用,提高对疼痛的重视程度,促进对疼痛的诊断并采取适当的对策。 相似文献

Gay men face a greater risk of psychological distress than heterosexual men, yet research on protective factors among gay men has been limited. This prospective cohort study investigated whether a sense of coherence (SOC), as a form of coping, helps to protect against psychological distress among middle-aged and older gay men. A nationwide online survey was conducted among a baseline sample of 1135 Australian gay-identified men aged 40 years and older, with a follow-up survey 12 months later. SOC was measured using the 13-item SOC Scale. Psychological distress was measured using the K10 Psychological Distress Scale. Hierarchical regressions were conducted, with analyses controlling for several potential risk factors for distress. Over half of participants had moderate or high psychological distress. However, baseline distress was significantly lower among those with stronger baseline SOC. In addition, baseline SOC significantly predicted distress 12 months later. This predictive effect of SOC was independent of baseline distress levels and occurred despite a strong correlation between baseline and follow-up distress. With SOC appearing to be a protective factor, strategies among middle-aged and older gay men that strengthen SOC may assist in the prevention and treatment of anxiety and other psychological distress in this vulnerable population. 相似文献

The Association for Psychological Science (APS) supports the teaching of psychological science as a central part of its mission to promote, protect, and advance the interests of scientifically oriented psychology in research, application, teaching, and the improvement of human welfare. APS's teaching-related initiatives include: providing free classroom and educational use of research articles published in APS journals; a series of articles on presenting scientific findings in classroom lessons; sponsoring and hosting conferences on the teaching of psychological science, most notably hosting the popular Teaching Institute at the APS annual meeting and co-sponsoring the National Institute on the Teaching of Psychology (NITOP); providing grants for developing teaching resources; a Teaching fellowship; and providing financial and technical support to organizations that focus on teaching psychological science. Many of these activities are supported by the APS Fund for Teaching and Public Understanding of Psychological Science, established through an endowment from the David & Carol Myers Foundation. 文化与跨文化心理学的研究兴趣已经从关注文化差异转移到文化与心理如何相互影响。基于动态建构主义取向的文化框架转换(cultural frame switch,CFS)模型认为:个体完全可以同时拥有两种及其以上的文化构念网络,它们具有动态性,受情境线索所驱动,个体可以在不同文化之间根据情境需要进行文化框架的转换。CFS受到个体的种族内隐观和双文化认同整合的影响;CFS所积累的多元文化经验可以提高创造性和认知复杂性,也可能产生文化刻板化,导致对外来文化的排斥。未来研究可以探讨CFS的适用范围,进一步细化研究,考察主流群体成员的CFS,重视整合视角的研究,运用多元研究方法。借鉴该领域的研究思路对于考察我国的少数民族等多元文化个体的文化认同和文化适应具有重要启示。 相似文献

This study investigates the employment contract (temporary vs. permanent) in relation to psychological contract content and fulfilment. The psychological contract includes employees' perceptions of their obligations and their entitlements. We hypothesize that transactional elements constitute a common core that is shared both by temporary and permanent workers. Relational elements are added to this core to show employees' and employers' loyalty, and their intentions to do more than necessary. These elements are more likely to be perceived by permanent workers as compared to temporary workers. Additionally, we suggest that relational elements are difficult to fulfil. Accordingly, we expect lower levels of perceived fulfilment for permanent workers as compared to temporary workers. Based on exchange theory, we furthermore hypothesize that these perceptions follow a similar pattern in how employees report entitlements (i.e., what they receive from the company) and reports of their own obligations (i.e., what they give in return). Results based on a seven-country sample (N permanent = 3354; N temporary = 1980) show that permanent workers as compared to temporary workers perceive more relational entitlements and obligations but a similar level of transactional entitlements and obligations. Thus, these results supported the idea of a layered model. The relationship between contract type and fulfilment of the psychological contract was only partly in line with expectations. Temporary workers reported higher fulfilment of entitlements and transactional obligations, but no difference was found for fulfilment of relational obligations. 相似文献
