管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言的影响研究

从个体、领导和同事角度出发,采用2个时间点员工-主管配对问卷调查法对299名企业员工进行调查,探讨了管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言的影响机制。结果发现：（1）管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言有正向影响;（2）员工-领导价值一致性和员工感知凝聚力在管理者可信行为与员工建设性建言关系间起双中介作用;（3）同事消极约束显著负向调节管理者可信行为与员工感知凝聚力间的关系,即当同事消极约束水平越低,管理者可信行为对员工感知凝聚力的正向影响越高;（4）同事消极约束在管理者可信行为与员工-领导价值一致性间的负向调节作用不显著。     

Proclus and the Neoplatonic Syllogistic

An investigation of Proclus' logic of the syllogistic and of negations in the Elements of Theology, On the Parmenides, and Platonic Theology. It is shown that Proclus employs interpretations over a linear semantic structure with operators for scalar negations (hypernegation/alpha-intensivum and privative negation). A natural deduction system for scalar negations and the classical syllogistic (as reconstructed by Corcoran and Smiley) is shown to be sound and complete for the non-Boolean linear structures. It is explained how Proclus' syllogistic presupposes converting the tree of genera and species from Plato's diairesis into the Neoplatonic linear hierarchy of Being by use of scalar hyper and privative negations.     

The Clinical Challenges of Assimilative Integration

S. B. Messer (1992) introduced the notion of assimilative integration in psychotherapy, theorizing that integrative practitioners adhere to their preferred theoretical paradigms while judiciously blending aspects from other models. His assimilative approach offers a conceptual and clinical middle ground between technical eclecticism and a grand, unified theory of psychotherapy. However, the practice of competent assimilative integration is fraught with many challenges, both theoretical and clinical. The goal of the present paper is to explore the challenges of implementing assimilative integration. First, the theoretical and clinical barriers to assimilative approaches are considered. Second, the use of assimilative integration to avoid therapeutic failures is discussed. Finally, a case example is presented to illustrate the author's attempt to assimilate narrative, interpretive interventions within his preferred cognitive–behavioral treatment paradigm.     

Radical Democratic Communities Always-in-the-Making

This article explores the centralpragmatist and feminist philosophical assumption thatknowers can not be separated from what is known, thatthere is a dialectical relationship between socialbeings and ideas that is dynamic, flexible, andreciprocal. The author seeks a closer examination ofconstructive thinking in relation to the practice ofthinking constructively within social communities. She discusses social communities that constructknowledge as radical democratic communitiesalways-in-the-making, and the skills of communicatingand relating which help knowers be able to activelyparticipate in the construction of knowledge. Giventhe fallibility of the pluralistic subjects, she showsthe importance of addressing cultural influences andpolitical power in theories about thinking. Sheargues for the value of embracing pluralistic anddemocratic commitments on epistemological grounds aswell as moral grounds.

The pre-discoursive agreement. Theory of scientific truth and procedural justification. — On basis of the constructive philosophy of science, the attention is focussed to the pre-discoursive elements of discoursive theories of truth. By using a pragmatic approach it is shown that foundation of those pre-discoursive elements, like discourse rules or the basic terminology, is possible though the discourse rules are not available at this level. Propositions which can be shown in the presented theory to be true, always describe a know-how instead of a knowledge about the world. As a result, the relevance of the presented analysis for prototheories of scientific disciplines is investigated. Combining Possibilities and Negations

Combining non-classical (or sub-classical) logics is not easy, but it is very interesting. In this paper, we combine nonclassical logics of negation and possibility (in the presence of conjunction and disjunction), and then we combine the resulting systems with intuitionistic logic. We will find that Kracht's results on the undecidability of classical modal logics generalise to a non-classical setting. We will also see conditions under which intuitionistic logic can be combined with a non-intuitionistic negation without corrupting the intuitionistic fragment of the logic.     

Curry's paradox in contractionless constructive logic

We propose contractionless constructive logic which is obtained from Nelson's constructive logic by deleting contractions. We discuss the consistency of a naive set theory based on the proposed logic in relation to Curry's paradox. The philosophical significance of contractionless constructive logic is also argued in comparison with Fitch's and Prawitz's systems.     

Relationships Between Conscientiousness Sub-Factors and Constructive and Destructive Behavioral Intentions

This study examined the relationship between Conscientiousness, its sub-factors of Achievement and Dependability, and constructive and destructive behavioral intentions. In a sample of 270 undergraduate students, scores on personality measures were correlated with constructive and destructive behavioral tendencies as measured by responses to scenario situations. Results indicated that both Achievement and Dependability were negatively related to destructive behavioral intentions. As hypothesized, the relationship between Achievement and constructive behavioral intentions was significantly higher than the relationship between Dependability and constructive behavioral intentions. Contributions, limitations, and suggestions for future research are discussed.
