临床决策：医患交流与合作的过程

一切医学实践活动都是从决策问题开始。由于我们的决策面对的是需要治疗的患者,而患者的价值观是不一样的;同时,医学知识和技术是在不断发展和进步的,所以医生需要改变传统的决策方式,重视医学证据、可用资源和患者的价值取向。医患之间的相互信任是合理决策的前提。这种信任需在充分沟通的基础上达到互相认可。促进医患共同决策,将成为21世纪医疗服务的努力方向。     

医患关系不和谐的原因

由于政府监管部门的缺位与越位导致医疗市场混乱,医疗资源配置不合理与效率低下,医院为了自身利益而鼓励医务人员多收费,医务人员成了给钱治病的经济人,再加上舆论的推波助澜,社会保障体系不健全,以及医疗需求的刚性,医患间的信息不对称,患者对医疗预期值超越了当今的科技水平,导致医患矛盾越演越烈.     

1980年-2005年我国中西医结合临床研究的方法学评价

为了了解我国1980年～2005年以来关于中西医结合临床研究文献的质量,从中国生物医学文献数据库及维普全文库和中国期刊网全文库中查阅了相关文献,发现国内近年来开展中西医结合临床研究的RCT文献在不断增多,但研究方法学质量偏低,说明有关文献的RCT质量有待进一步提高,研究方法仍需要不断改进。     

公共卫生的特征及其伦理学问题

公共卫生主要关注全体人口的健康,而不是个体的健康。通过对公共卫生的定义,对公共卫生实践与临床医疗实践的区别的阐述,提出公共卫生伦理学概念上的大致范围。指出在公共卫生中最为关键的因素是政府的作用,政府采取强制措施消除造成公众健康威胁因素的权力和义务。     

Can research influence clinical practice?1

After briefly reviewing the unfavourable reception accorded empirical research by parts of the psychoanalytic community, as well as some of the benefits to clinical practice of analysts being involved in research activities, the author examines whether the findings of process and outcome research in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis can help identify the most appropriate forms of intervention for producing therapeutic change, given the specific condition of the patient and the relationship that the individual establishes with the analyst. He argues that research findings can influence clinical practice on various levels and in different areas, and goes on to examine a number of related issues: the specificity of therapeutic interventions versus the relevance of common curative factors; the dyadic conception of technique and ways of understanding the therapeutic action of the treatment alliance; and the strategic or heuristic conception in psychoanalytic therapy. Finally, the author presents clinical material with the aim of illustrating how the knowledge acquired through research can be applied to psychoanalytic treatment.     

网络心理咨询的实践及其存在的问题

目前的网络心理咨询并不能算是严格意义上的心理咨询,因为除了从业人员的资格及其服务质量值得探讨之外,技术困难所导致的非言语交流的缺乏也使它与传统意义上的心理咨询有一定差异。文章根据网络心理咨询发展的特殊性,从服务人员、工具、治疗关系、服务类型和目标等维度,界定出目前网络心理咨询的基本含义,并在此基础上概览了网络心理咨询的实践状况,分析了当前网络心理咨询实践领域中存在的保密性、资格许可、伦理、不完整信息、来访者转介等主要问题     

童年中期儿童同伴交往与孤独感的交叉滞后分析

2003年6月和2004年6月追踪调查了430名3、4、5年级儿童,采用交叉滞后分析法探讨了同伴交往与孤独感的相互关系。结果表明:控制了社交自我知觉的影响后,友谊质量与孤独感存在显著的交叉滞后效应;而社会喜好和社会行为在控制了社交自我知觉的作用后,与孤独感不存在显著的相互作用;社交自我知觉与孤独感存在显著的相互预测关系。同伴交往各变量中,社交自我知觉对孤独感具有最大的预测力。     

中国青少年心理健康素质·人际素质的研究

采用《青少年心理健康素质调查表·人际素质分量表》对全国23个省、市、自治区的44063名青少年人际心理健康素质发展状况进行调查。结果表明：（1）我国青少年人际素质处于较好的发展水平;（2）青少年在整体人际素质及人际交往、人际调控、人际知觉等各维度上的年级变化呈现一定差异,整体人际素质与人际交往、人际调控维度得分随年级增长呈现下降趋势,人际知觉维度得分随年级的增长呈逐渐上升趋势。     

Consumer Well-Being (CWB): The Effects of Self-Image Congruence, Brand-Community Belongingness, Brand Loyalty, and Consumption Recency

Consumer well-being (CWB) refers to the extent to which a particular consumer good or service creates an overall perception of the quality-of-life impact of that product. We developed a model that posits that CWB related to a specific product is heavily influenced by self-image congruence and brand-community belongingness. Self-image congruence is also hypothesized to influence CWB moderated by brand loyalty. Similarly, brand-community belongingness is hypothesized to influence CWB moderated by consumption recency. Our survey data of 275 undergraduate students reporting on their coffee consumption showed the following: (1) CWB was significantly predicted by brand loyalty and brand-community belongingness; (2) the effect of brand loyalty on CWB was moderated by self-image congruence, and (3) the effect of brand-community belongingness was moderated by consumption recency.     

Measuring Subjective Quality of Life: A Survey to Porto’s Residents

The evaluation of the urban quality of life has been an important aspect of the research concerning the contemporary city and an increasingly support to urban planning and management. As part of a project to monitor the quality of life in the city of Porto, a survey of the resident population was conducted in order to study the citizens’ perceptions of their local quality of life and its evolution in recent years. The opinions of individuals on their level of satisfaction with various fields of the urban quality of life are systematised, as well as their integrated assessment. This analysis is complemented by a multivariate analysis that allows the grouping of the interviewees in large homogenous groups and their social and economic characterisation. Based on the results achieved, we try to highlight the usefulness of the qualitative analysis of the quality of life to support the definition of urban policies.
