正确运用医院服务效益的评价指标,才能引导医院健康发展。在服务产品理论基础上,探讨医院服务的经济效益与社会效益范畴及其评价指标。通过分析两个效益的辩证关系认为,医院坚持社会效益首位原则与重视经济效益并行不悖。

Preventive Wars, Just War Principles, and the United Nations

This paper explores the question of whether the United Nations should engage in preventive military actions. Correlatively, it asks whether UN preventive military actions could satisfy just war principles. Rather than from the standpoint of the individual nation state, the ethics of preventive war is discussed from the standpoint of the UN. For the sake of brevity, only the legitimate authority, just cause, last resort, and proportionality principles are considered. Since there has been disagreement about the specific content of these principles, a third question also is explored: How should they be formulated? Moreover, these questions are addressed in the context of a particular issue: the goals of the non-proliferation and the abolition of weapons of mass destruction.

Reducing Consumers’ Perceived Risk through Banking Service Quality Cues in Taiwan

This study not only elucidates how service quality cues and perceived risk are related, but also explores the internal composition of this relationship. Financial and psychological risks found to be affected mainly by reliability and empathy of service quality, whereas functional and social risks are influenced by tangibles cues of service quality. Finally, exactly how demographic variables affect the relationship between service quality and perceived risk is considered, and the family life cycle notably modulates this relationship. People in various stages may perceive different levels of service quality, according to their age, which is a variable in the family life cycle.     

青少年的人格特征与互联网娱乐服务使用偏好的关系

利用互联网进行娱乐已经成为了一种全新的时尚,如何使成长中的青少年不在这个虚拟的娱乐世界中“玩物丧志”,需要我们充分地了解使用互联网娱乐服务过程中的基本现象,有的放矢地对青少年的网上行为进行疏导.该研究通过对339名中学生进行问卷调查,对青少年的人格特征、社会支持与互联网娱乐服务之间的关系进行了探讨,结果表明:(1)客观社会支持、主观社会支持对互联网娱乐服务的使用偏好有着直接的正向作用;而对社会支持的利用对互联网娱乐服务的使用偏好有着直接的负向作用;(2)宜人性、外向性均可以通过客观社会支持、主观社会支持和对社会支持的利用间接地影响互联网娱乐服务的使用偏好;(3)客观社会支持会影响主观社会支持,主观社会支持对社会支持的利用水平也有影响.

Misreading Islamist Terrorism: The "War Against Terrorism" and Just-War Theory

Abstract: The Bush administration's military war on terrorism is a blunt, ineffective, and unjust response to the threat posed to innocent civilians by terrorism. Decentralized terrorist networks can only be effectively fought by international cooperation among police and intelligence agencies representing diverse nation‐states, including ones with predominantly Islamic populations. The Bush administration's allegations of a global Islamist terrorist threat to the national interests of the United States misread the decentralized and complex nature of Islamist politics. Undoubtedly there exists a “combat fundamentalist” element within Islamism. But the threat posed to U.S. citizens by Islamist terrorism neither necessitates nor justifies as a response massive military invasions of other nations. Not only does the Bush administration's war on alleged “terrorist states” violate the doctrine of just war, but in addition these wars arise from a new, unilateral, imperial foreign‐policy doctrine of “preventive wars.” Such a doctrine will isolate the United States from international institutions and long‐standing allies. The weakening of these institutions and alliances will only weaken the ability of the international community to deter terrorism.
