恶性肿瘤临床决策中应重视的问题

恶性肿瘤是特殊的疾病,临床决策具有高度复杂性。医患共同决策是应遵循的基本原则,多科室合作是决策成功的保障,生命质量是应予以高度关注的课题,人文思想是现代医生必备的素养。     

Principle of organization: a dynamic-systems view of the archetype-as-such

The personality is a dynamic system. Like all other dynamic systems, it must be self-organized. In this paper I focus upon the archetype-as-such, that is, upon the essential core around which both an archetypical image and a complex are organized. I argue that an archetype-as-such is a pre-existing principle of organization. Within the personality that principle manifests itself as a psychological vortex (a complex) into which we are drawn. The vortex is impersonal. We mediate it through myths and rituals or through consciousness. In this paper I show that Jung's intuition about the archetype-as-such is supported by recent science. I evaluate other concepts of the archetype. My concept is different from that proposed recently by Saunders and Skar. My concept allows each archetype-as-such to be defined precisely in mathematical terms. It suggests a new interpretation of mythology. It also addresses our spiritual experience of an archetype. Because the archetypes-as-such are fundamental to the personality, the better we understand them the better we understand our patients. The paper is grounded with clinical examples.     

现代医学人文回归的学术性与现实性

以生物-心理-社会医学模式为背景,以哲学和生态审美理论为起点,提出了"医学人文精神"、"医学人文关怀"等概念,在此基础上,分析了医学人文回归的内容及其与医学审美之间的内在联系.从学术性和现实性两个层面,针对我国存在的医学人文缺失的现状,分析了以"三观"(生命观、健康的可持续发展观、科学观)为基础的人文信仰的内容、功能与意义,以及如何从内容与形式辩证统一的审美视角出发,运用美的规律去改善、丰富和提升医学人文关怀的境界.     

先秦儒家伦理精粹与中华民族精神

本文认为先秦儒家伦理精粹在中华民族精神的形成发展过程中发挥了骨干作用。并从其崇仁重义、尚礼贵诚、重智尚勇、贵和执中、与其倡导的自强厚德、爱国奉献、治世理想、内圣外王以及其思想特征等方面加以论述。     

传承与融通--《老子》与《周易》中民族精神比较研究

<老子>与<周易>是中国传统文化中的两部经典,是中国古代社会的智慧结晶.其中所凝聚的民族精神影响着中国人民的性格与情操,影响着中国几千年的文化传统和思维特质.<老子>上承<易经>之风,下启<易传>之理,以其独特的哲学思维方式,构建了与其"道"哲学相符合的民族精神,这种民族精神在<易传>中得到传承与融通,两者互补互进,共同缔造了中国民族精神的灵魂,推动着中国文化和文明的发展和积淀.这些民族精神则表现为"刚柔同构"的进取精神、"宽厚相得"的道德情怀、"中和为用"的和谐观念以及"重生利物并重"的人文理想,其中以"天人合一"的思维模式贯穿始终,突出了中国民族精神最一般的特质与深刻内涵.     

Freud and Jung: an incomplete encounter

The author discusses the bases of the close, personal and professional relationship between Freud and Jung, and conjectures that the eventual schism between them was the result of the different profound psychological needs that each had for the other. Because of his identification with the psychoanalytic enquiry, particularly as it was based in large measure on his own self analysis, Freud looked to Jung as a collaborator who would not deviate from the principles at the basis of psychoanalysis, seeking psychoanalysis' acceptance within the established scientific community. From Jung's point of view, Freud fulfilled the role of a respected father figure who, Jung hoped, would grant him the autonomy and freedom to pursue his own scientific enquiry, based on Freud's ideas, but which he would revise according to his own researches. These led Jung to certain revisions and additions, such as the nature and function of the libido, the broadening of the idea of the complex (as in the Oedipus complex) to include a number of universal, archetypal themes, and the elaboration of the concept of the self. During the years of their relationship, they shared a mutual psychological support which was deeply important to each, based on reciprocal love and respect but also on a fantasy that each would be able to supply to the other a key capacity that the other lacked. Jung was able to offer important scientific verifications of a number of psychoanalytic notions via the Word Association Test, such as the concept of repression, of the complex, including the Oedipus complex, and the proof of the existence of the unconscious. However, neither could supply to the other what each looked for in the other at the psychological level. The final breakdown and rupture in their relationship was caused by their theoretical differences and by the fact that they became bitter competitors in a race to publish treatises on the nature and origins of spirituality and religion. It has left in its wake the implicit traces of discord and misapprehension which have characterized much of subsequent professional relationships between the two traditions.

Wisdom and Knowledge: The Outline of Eastern and Western Aesthetic Spirits?

Wisdom and knowledge are the basic spirits of Eastern and Western aesthetics. The shortcoming of the aesthetics based on knowledge, i.e., the aesthetics of knowledge, lies in the fact that it clings to the opposing differences between Western- and Eastern-centered theories. These differences include essentialism and anti-essentialism; harmonious and non-harmonious relationships between person, self, nature and society; art or nature as the highest aesthetic realm; metaphysics or psychology as the aesthetic domain; dualism and Advaita; and so on. The aesthetics based on wisdom, namely aesthetics of wisdom, is valuable due to its adopting an impartial attitude toward Eastern and Western aesthetics, essentialism and anti-essentialism, philosophical horizon and psychological horizon, theory of harmony and theory of antagonism, beauty of art and beauty of nature, dualism and Advaita, up to aesthetics of knowledge and aesthetics of wisdom. Contrasted with this understanding of the aesthetics of knowledge, non-dualism and non-Advaita are the soul of the spirit of the aesthetics of wisdom.     

文化视域下文化神经科学学科主张与检讨

文化神经科学是在宏大的文化背景下来全面深入考察个体的\"心理、行为与脑认知机制\"之间规律的一门学科。文化神经科学所倡导的神经-文化交互作用模型表明该学科以融合视野引领心理学研究范式的变革成为可能。同时,从文化学视野来审视,亦折射出其在文化学层面的短板,即人文精神与文化意蕴在\"文化\"名义下日渐式微。
