香港医疗制度与改革

香港的医疗制度由一个"二元医疗体系"组成,在体制模式、融资制度及服务规管三方面的安排都有其独特之处,为香港七百多万人提供了一个全民医疗安全网,能够达到公平、有效、可及性高及质素佳的要求。但是这个医疗系统也存在不少问题和隐忧,需要有效的改革,包括管治、管理、服务安排和融资模式改革等。     

Comparing functional analysis and paired-choice assessment results in classroom settings

The results of a functional analysis of problem behavior and a paired-choice assessment were compared to determine whether the same social reinforcers were identified for problem behavior and an appropriate response (time allocation). The two assessments were conducted in classroom settings with 4 adolescents with mental retardation who engaged in severe problem behavior. Each student's classroom teacher served as the therapist for all phases of assessment. The two assessment procedures identified the same social reinforcers for problem and appropriate behavior for 3 of 4 participants.     

Second-order beliefs about intention and children's attributions of sociomoral judgment

Predicting how another person will evaluate the intention underlying an action involves consideration of second-order mental states. Children (ages 5-10 years) and college students (N=105) predicted an observer's belief about an actor's intention and evaluated the actor from both their own perspectives and the perspective of the observer. Younger children were more likely than older children and adults to attribute a belief to the observer that mismatched the actor's prior intention. Attributed beliefs about intention were more likely to match negative prior intentions than to match positive prior intentions and were also more likely to match prior intentions when the observer knew the actor's prior intention than when the observer did not know the actor's prior intention. The judgments attributed to the observer were based on the beliefs about intention attributed to the observer, showing use of second-order mental states to infer another's sociomoral judgments.     

加强管理，改善流动人口卫生保健服务利用

为改善流动人口卫生保健服务利用水平,通过现场调查、焦点组访谈和二级资料提取等定性定量研究方法收集上海流动人口卫生保健服务利用情况的资料。在对上海流动人口卫生保健服务利用现状、存在的问题和利用障碍进行了分析的基础上,提出了加强管理,改善流动人口卫生保健服务利用的8项建议。

从巴西医疗保障体系的建立、资金筹集和使用等方面介绍巴西医疗保障体系,重点关注巴西全民统一医疗制度。鉴于巴西与我国在卫生系统绩效和医疗保障制度改革中所面临的相似挑战,试图通过对巴西医疗保障体系比较详细地介绍及与我国进行简单的对比,总结成功经验、吸取教训为我国建立全民覆盖的医疗保障体系提供借鉴和参考。     

德国卫生保健体系改革及相关伦理问题简析

从德国现有卫生保健及医疗保险体系在保障其社会稳定的重要作用角度出发,介绍了德国的原有整体医疗卫生保障体系的背景,指出政府的指导、政策稳定、完善的津贴体系保障了整体国民健康和卫生保健的公平分配,高素质,医术高超的医生队伍起到了核心作用。同时指出由于意识形态和经济原因,德国卫生保健体系改革所引发的问题。     

高等医学院校医事法学教育亟待加强

通过千余份问卷调查研究,透视出医学生对医事法律认知程度普遍偏低的状况,进而从医学院教育方针,以及医学生法律意识、自我教育能力等方面,分析、探究原因,寻求改进医事法学教育滞后问题,加速培养学医懂法医学人才的途径与方法。     

流动人口生殖健康服务质量评价的相关理论研究

开展城市流动人口的生殖健康服务质量评价研究对于促进我国流动人口生殖健康状况持续改进和公平地享有生殖健康服务具有重要意义。从生殖健康的相关基本理论,我国生殖健康服务的政策支持,卫生服务质量评价的经典理论,系统思想及系统论,流动人口的特征等几个方面进行了流动人口生殖健康服务评价的理论基础系统论述。     

拉丁美洲国家医疗保障制度探析

拉丁美洲国家的经济发展水平较高,公共健康开支和私人健康开支也比较高,医疗保障制度覆盖面较大,财政的健康开支公平性较高。但是国别之间,健康开支水平与经济发展水平之间以及健康开支水平与财政负担的公平性之间缺乏紧密的联系。这说明,社会医疗保险制度模式、收入差距等因素制约了医疗保障制度的作用的发挥和财政负担公平性的实现。     

中西方心理治疗思想之比较

中西方文化中都蕴含着丰富的心理治疗思想,相似之处主要表现在二者都重视心理因素等方面;差异主要表现在文化根基、医学基础、心理问题的起因及治疗的理念、方法与途径等方面。在实际的心理治疗和心理健康教育中,应注意心理治疗的文化依存性,积极挖掘整理本土文化心理治疗的理论与方法,实现心理治疗的本土化。
